I went to get my prescription today around 19:00, which consisted of 3-4 different meds. When I saw the high price, I checked the contents of the envelope I was handed, and I could see that I was charged for two tubes when there was only one. I went back to the pharmacy to ask about this matter, and I was told that they were out of stock, and that I should come back the next week to get the remaining one. I was not told this by the staff when I was handed the envelope initially, and the lady in the counter was quite rude while my refund was being processed. Bad customer experience, and dishonest staff. I wouldn't recommend.
Always a 5 star service. It's a small pharmacy with just 2-3 people on shift but they make it work. It's actually my preferred chemists even though I have a few pharmacies closer to where I live. Lisa is a very rare breed, a pharmacist with a human touch, no power-tripping like some of them. 5 out of 5.
I am always blown away by the kindness of Dan and the team in Meaghers Pharmacy Ranelagh. They really do go above and beyond to help us out when we need it. They are courtious, professional, and efficient always, but honestly it's the extra gestures of remembering our usual orders and offers to drop them to the house when we are stuck that just amazes me.. Meeting these lovely people on a regular basis has honestly been a huge silver lining to being unwell throughout a pandemic. I'll never forget it

Ordered by the phone a simple box of paracetamol. Nobody came and they insisted that driver had been at the address, called me without success. Nobody showed up.
My girlfriend had her tooth removed and we dropped in to take some medicine, painkillers because her face was swollen it looked awful. And the lady that was on the till was running to every section and she was even answering to the phone while the doctor was standing and talking with a coustumer for 20 minutes at least,me myself work on the till this was unbelievable.. We needed her only for 10 seconds to put the medication in the bottle,sighn and had to wait for 20 minutes for this,I feel bad for the other lady that has to do everything by herself! I work 6 years with coustumers I know what I'm talking about. I strongly recommend the pharmacy next door it's only 30 meters further but at least the staff over there splits the job evenly and they are more polite with their coustumers. I'm never coming back in Meaghers Pharmacy again...
