I wish I’d of read these reviews BEFORE I signed up for pouches. OMG 3 months and not a single one correct. My new pouches are due tomorrow NO SIGNS and I’ve been trying to call ALL DAY phone just disconnects after saying no agents available. Like others I take CD meds and cannot just stop taking them. What is this ? We are supposed to be past the dark ages. Judging by all these other bad reviews I will be better off without the pouches! I am a full time mum of two autistic adults. I don’t need this cr@p
Very disappointing service. Beware deliveries are every two months so if your prescription gets updated you'll have to wait till next delivery which is not always in your best interest. I regret signing up before getting my prescription updated on NHS app, finally got my prescription up to date to order and Rightdose reached out about my upcoming delivery. Sent them a screenshot of update which was ordered via NHS app. They assured me they had it and would be popping it into the post. Over a week later delivery arrives. Wrong insulin and missing 14 items. My anxiety has gone through the roof as I have been without some meds over a month thanks to their delivery schedule and now running short on some diabetic essentials. Rang them to resolve, phone agent said they would speak with pharmacist and ring me back. Didn't happen. Emailed the inbox, no reply. Bank holiday weekend. Changed pharmacies.
If you just want paracetamol in a pouch then maybe their service is OK. Both my partner and I have medication that we cannot stop taking without getting very ill, very quickly. Therefore being left days on end with no medication and no courtesy call to advise of any delays is out of order. Great idea, poorly put into action. Think twice before using Rightdose if you have any prescription medication that you can't go without for days at a time....
After such bad treatment and service at the hands of Boots I cannot commend and recommend rightdose pharmacy enough. What a difference. I was treated with humility, care and prompt service. In fact, the lady I spoke to went the extra mile for me with no effort. My gratitude to you all for your great service with a smile. Thanks
Terrible. Have no idea what they’re doing even with emailing them pre order to confirm meds needed. Have moved back to Lloyds after 2 months here. Have not received all my meds either time and chasing them yields nothing. Great idea terrible execution.
Computer glitch made it so my prescription wasnt filled. On phone to them for 2 hours. Appalling customer service and pharmacist who doesn't call back. Half of items out of stock. My medication runs out tomorrow night, changing to a local pharmacist who knows what they are doing. Feel fobbed off and frustrated.
Absolutely rubbish. Calls it’s self a pharmacy when it’s never got your prescription in stock. You wait 45 minutes for them to get it ready. Missing items. Get told prescription will be in tommorow and when you go back again it’s not but didn’t even call to tell you. They just advise call 111
Rude members of staff who don’t know what they are doing I called in the morning to see if my prescription was there I was told it was ready to collect, once I got there it was not ready and there was an item missing I was told it would be in the next day, I went back the next day and I wasn’t they said to just call 111 and get them to sort it and to change pharmacy- I would not recommend this pharmacy what so ever it takes an hour just for them to get your prescription ready and that’s if your lucky
Waited for weeks and weeks and nothing, just a new date when it will start. I cancelled and will find a company who does what they say they are going to do.
Absolutely brilliant, really handy pouches, so easy to see what your taking, would recommend 1000 %, fantastic delivery and customer services, five thousand gold stars
