I have edited my review as I felt my last one was a rant for management to see and was not an appropriate representation of the company, I have only edited my review to this GDPR moving forward… great company to work for there is never anything to do trust me there is always something to do! Good, bad define bad I can’t or the unexpected which is the thrill of the chase for me I’m happy to spend days archiving I have done if for them thoroughly during my 4 year employment but I’ve done the more difficult stuff like being assaulted by a young person ONCE! Yes that’s it it scared me yes for how long? for a few week! but I took some sick leave and went back expecting it again and it never happened since because the young person knew I was not a threat to them I was there to help them at that time. If a young person is ‘kicking off’ just an example try to figure out why, I know but GDPR prevents…. I no longer work for this company but I hope number 7 is most genuine person I ever met! Good training opportunities. And each house has a house psychologist, which is good.nHowever, I was prevented from returning from having covid for 7 weeks, even though the nhs and government guidance said I could after the isolation period at that time. I was not paid for this time, but other members of meadows were put on furlough and people who got covid afterwards were back after their isolation period.nI remember crying down the phone to one of the bosses saying I would do anything paint empty houses etc but was told there was nothing they could do. There was definitely something they could do…
This is a really wonderful company; despite some negative reviews. There is always someone that you can talk to if you are having difficulties, but it is important to ask for help rather than make bad choices. The company are really keen to promote staff well-being, and make a concerted effort to dismiss the notion of heads on beds. I have worked for this company for 5 years, and I have the upmost respect for them and the leadership.
Staff team are brilliant the manager is really supportive however the pool cars are questionable should get an upgrade
Disgraceful treatment , lack of guidance and support from the management based in Rochdale. only option to leave 1 star they do not deserve any!
