Very helpful staff, computers to use and tables to study at.
So I'd like to thank Meadowbank Library staff for providing excellent customer care. Issues recently either with my phone or the system. Staff went the extra mile. Very much appreciated. Thank you! Another visit yesterday. Same standard of service. Polute, friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Thank you! Love books - one of the gateways to knowledge - and here there are plenty. But much more too. Free newspapers to read; refreshment area; groups for children and young people and their parents/carers; a computer suite; printing/copying facilities; community focal point. A service for community members. Also right next to the primary school. Great resource. And of course keeping people in employment - crucial to a healthy economy. A service to be nurtured and valued.
Lots of space to browse sit & read. V modern. Helpful staff. If you like Scottish crime fiction: Brookmyre, McBride, P May - all here.
Our local library that always receives us with great hospitality. Cheerful staff, well informed, decent size, with lots of options for all the bookworms out there. My toddler and I are regulars and will always be back for more.
This is our local library and we've had many a happy visit. It's a bright open building with several different areas. There is a large children's section with a large carpeted area to sit and read on. There is a collection of computers available for use as well as toilets, a tea and coffee area and a television. There is a "gaming" area with several consoles connected to a single TV and games available to play. The staff are friendly and it's not a "silent" library so you don't need to worry about taking young children.
Staff can't do enough for you at Meadowbank . Coffee and biscuits on request. Lots of books too.
Friendly, helpful staff. Always easy to get a computer, or help using it. Keep up the good work, staff!
fab library my grand daughter loves the book bugs class its free and the staff are lovely very helpful and approachable ..its a place to bring people together and make new friends
Great place for the people of and roundabout the area, have been in many a time to use the computer section to print of my documents for my holiday and the staff are very helpful, a great addition to Polmont.
Fantastic local library and community resource.
