I'm absolutely delighted with the new carpet Joel and his apprentice Lewis fitted in my lounge. Joel was professional, friendly and did an excellent job.nThe service from start to finish from Meadow Vale was brilliant. John was most helpful. Highly recommended. This is a great family business.nThank you again for everything.
Having hit one snag after another with my redecoration work, Meadow Vale Carpets has been my breath of fresh air. From the initial welcome, their professionalism, amazing choice of flooring to their wonderful carpet fitters...they never disappointed or let me down. They re-carpeted my whole house yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. Joel one of their carpet fitters and his new apprentice, Lewis, arrived on time...with a smile and throughout they were happy in their work.. Has anyone else experienced how often Trades moan these days? Well, that never happened. I'd prepared the rooms as best I could and they were happy to help move the bits of remaining furniture from room to room to provide them with a clear space to lay the carpets. Lewis was equally happy to help with putting the furniture back in place while Joel got on with carpeting other areas. They did not mess around. On arrival, Joel also swiftly popped through to the kitchen to say 'Hello' to the dog so he was happy with the new people in 'his' house. How lovely was that... Having completed a fabulous job, Joel and Lewis left and 10-minutes later Andreas arrived to adjust the bottom of the doors to accommodate for the new underlay and carpet. Yes, it all cost money but you don't mind when it comes with such a wonderful and positive experience, so you feel it's money well spent and value for money. I definitely recommend the staff and products at Meadowvale. John and Ben were especially understanding, patient and helpful to me. Thank you. Lyn
Joel made a very good job of fitting a lounge carpet and vinyl floor in the bathroom. He was very polite and all the old floor coverings were taken away as agreed. Meadow Vale are very easy to deal with and provide good customer service.
From start to finish incredibly pleased with the service received by meadowvale carpets! Dan and John were so helpful and Neil our fitter has dine a first class job! Many thanks and would highly recommend.
Neil recently fitted our carpets over two weeks and he was amazing.. a perfect job and I can’t recommend him enough. Polite guy, very respectful and professional , would certainly request him for future work and of course Meadowvale who from start to finish were excellent and nothing was too much trouble
