BEWARE Be very aware . NOT USE Dylan at the branch gave wrong info only to be corrected by a senior guy when I challenged it. Never writes back until you chase them . Rubbish . U seriously will regret using them . No advocacy or guidance making a claim . Internet access means mutton can be dressed as lamb. Writing fake reviews and posting them online is a practice people are paid to do . Fabrication shows when u get ripped .
The service provided from Gary Michael is exceptional . I can truly recommend him and Coversure for going beyond and above expectations. He is aways very helpful,knowledgeable, aways does a research for the best competitive price ,available at any time and day recognising urgency of an action . We are small haulage company and we have all of our insurance with Coversure . Great work ! Highly recommend .
Great service, always helpful our policy is always tailored to suit us. Gary Micheals has been the most helpful person i have ever met. always available no matter what time or day cant fault anything about them.
Avoid, these guys. Poor customer service and will not support you as a broker. No point the point paying the extra fees when they cannot support their clients claims.
