We would only ever use McRoberts. They are very reliable, competitively priced and efficient. They have just completed a boiler review, plumbing in a new sink and installing my new LPG cooker. Excellent service throughout each of these.
After being left with no heating or hot water by another company we contacted McRoberts for a quote for a new boiler. Within 4 hours we had a visit and written quote with no hard sell on any product or service. Boiler was installed just a few days later by extremely professional engineers who arrived on time and worked non stop until the job was complete leaving the area clean and tidy. All staff we spoke to were friendly and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
McRoberts have just completed a bathroom refit for me and I couldn't be happier. The quality of work has been outstanding with customer service second to none. I cannot recommend McRoberts highly enough. Professional service by all involved from start to finish
Old boiler pump packed up and immediately contacted McRoberts. New boiler put in today and really nice, sociable chap fitted new one. Worked really hard on job all day and tidied up as he went along and left no mess at all. Would definitely recommend this company.
Recently had a new boiler installed by Craig and Scott from McRoberts. The whole thing was made very easy for us from start to finish, Robbie kept in great contact with us and the job was carried out quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Highly recommend the company, have used them before for just a boiler service in a previous property so big or small jobs this company is brilliant. Recently switched from oil heating/Aga cooker to gas boiler/cooker every aspect of working with McRoberts entire team has been outstanding. From survey to after sales the attention to detail and consideration has been top drawer. Be my first call for all future requirements.
Steven came out today to clear out the condensate trap and condensate pipe from my boiler. He phoned ahead of time to let me know when he would be here, which was great as it meant I wasn’t sitting around waiting. He sorted the issue quickly and was very friendly. As for the price McRoberts charged, it was very reasonable. I’ve previously had a lot of other work carried out by McRoberts and I’ve never had any issues with the work or the price. I’d have no problem recommending them to family or friends.
I am extremely pleased with McRoberts and how they handled replacing my boiler during this pandemic. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the options and agreed with me that a new boiler was needed. Taylor did a marvelous job in placing my new boiler and pipes in a different site and removing the old boiler etc. Extremely placed on how tidy and efficiently he worked. Will definitely be recommending McRoberts to family and friends and using them in the future. Thank you
Just had a full new central heating installation in my home , Ronnie and his team that dealt with us have been great, great bunch of staff and very professional,would recommend and will always use again. Fitters are very trustworthy so no problem leaving them in your home while your not in . Great job at good price . Thanks for the work done
Had the guys at McRoberts in to do a full central heating system for a terraced house in June. From start to finish the job was spot on. * quoted accurately, speedily and competitively * work started and finished within timescale set * workers and admin side approachable and helpful * completed work was left clean, safe and to high standard. During the project I did make some changes to design and this was dealt with helpfully by all staff and priced realistically in the final invoice. For future jobs I will definitely by calling them first!!!
