AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! If i could rate this store zero stars i would. Had such a hassle returning a faulty ring. The stones kept on falling out (had two replacements). They made us to feel we were criminals! At first they said "are you wearing the ring everyday? cos you shouldn't wear it all the time".... what???? what nonsense! Then i spoke to the owner. He was so awkward for the whole process i would never use this local jeweler again! Shame on you for your poor poor customer service. In end i managed to get a full refund, but it was such a painful process i shall not be returning. I shall be telling everyone of this and warning them off such a badly run shop.
