Hi, we used McKay Floor to put a totally new Junker Ash Floor down in one part of our house and take up, refurbish and put back a Junkers Beach Floor in another part of the house. The experience has not been good. McKay's operatives arriving poorly briefed, then using fowl language and derogatory statements about other McKay's people and having to use our own joiner to sort out problems . That was just the new floor. For the refurbished floor they were hard to book in, so we had to lift the floor ourselves to keep with the building programme, we then suffered a lack of information that would have helped the process and then when the floor was put down it had bubbles in it and the job was not finished. SO perhaps other people receive good customer service and quality work from McKays, but we have yet to see it.

Stay away from this Company. Been trying for 3 weeks to get a quote for supply and installation from them - without success! I was eventually told by Charmaine that they cannot quote me as their operatives are in Glasgow - strange when they have a London office and I was told otherwise by someone before. If you are not interested in a job be upfront instead of stringing customers along for weeks. Appalling service.

We have used McKay Flooring for all of our laminate and hardwood flooring throughout our house and would highly recommend. The laminate flooring we chose is of excellent quality and the fitters are professional, carrying out all work to a very high standard. The range of products and service from the staff was excellent.

I have used McKay Flooring for the last 25 years and have always been delighted with the flooring I've chosen and the workmanship of their fitters. I used them recently to have new hardwood floors supplied and installed in two bedrooms. I chose Blacknut for both rooms and the results are stunning. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere for wood flooring. Well done and thank you, McKay Flooring.

Having used McKay Flooring on 3 occasions now I only have positive things to say. Fantastic flooring and at great prices and very helpful staff. I'm sure I'll be using them again in the future.
