Car storage is available for the specialist storage of vehicles. Each vehicle is protected in a de-luxe air chamber providing its own unique micro climate. Really wanted to write a positive review as everyone I have dealt was great.nHowever, the packing service and removal overall was very poor. In the move I had 2 broken mirrors over £300, a destroyed rattan garden furniture set worth over £600, a broken chair, broken food processor and 4 lost items. There was very little care or expertise when packing the van and sorting the issues has been a lot more complicated than it should have been. Unfortunately, I would avoid.

Damaged an upright piano when moving it, as they tipped the piano up on its end while it was in the truck. They also lost balance of the piano when loading it onto the truck and my mother had to stop the piano from falling over.nThey refused to use a truck with a lift. After the damage had happened they said it was due to a new member of the team being on the job even though a senior member of staff was the one who damaged a piano and the piano being heavier than normal even though they were given the info beforehand.nnIt has taken over three months to sort money from insurance and I had to do all the leg work of getting quotes for repair etc.nnDo not recommend this company for piano removals. For furniture removals they took apart our wooden wardrobes without permission and then refused to put them together on delivery.

We had two therapy beds delivered by two lovely young men, Sam and Ben, from your company today. They went above and beyond helping us get them in with no disruption to clients today. Thank you for a brilliant service.

Took my things back from them after they took my household to their warehouse. So many things not packed properly and most my furniture unwrapped and no protection. My grandfather clock with no covers padding or protection at all and all broken pieces now off it as in photos. Said they won’t cover damage since I took it back using a man with van to collect it. As you see in their reply, they never admit they do wrong. I see this in their other bad reviews too. They just can’t admit their wrongdoings! When I was at the storage facility I saw their employee put bits of wood into the base of the clock that was also uncovered. I didn’t realise  the bits of wood were the broken  clock pieces until it got to the my location and I then could see exactly what was going on concerning open boxes, unwrapped furniture and took plenty of pictures of it all as I don’t intend to just let them get away with this! they Tried to quote me under 4000£ then raised price to 12000 once they got go to warehouse. I have kept all the emails with quotes too. . Crooks and liers. Said it was all wrapped properly and ready to ship. If I hadn’t been paranoid and collected it back, it would shipped with plenty of open boxes, badly wrapped items in boxes and all my furniture vulnerable and exposed without protection.

From Jason and Michael to the whole back office and the road crews, we've always been super impressed. I had the pleasure to visit their site in Belfast a few years ago, and what struck me the most was the attention to detail with how tidy, organised and professional it is Sometimes our destination partners treat our clients as second rated jobs and don't tend to care for them like we do, but with McGimpsey's they respect and treat them as if they are their own customer.
