My son and I have to use the number 16 service to get to each of our jobs. I have to catch a connecting bus. I have to walk to catch the other bus now because the number 16 is totally unreliable and never on time, I'm talking about being late by 30 sometimes 40 mins and on occasion not turning up at all. Had to put my son in a taxi because the bus ended up being 50 mins late, excuse was a new driver but I have been told by mcgills drivers that the same driver is always running late. This level of service is atrocious when people rely on this to get to work. Time you got your fingers out your arse and get on top of useless drivers
This Co are all for their passengers. During furlough we still had buses to get us around, most of the drivers are very friendly and buses are comfortable.
Use McGill's a lot Sevice 395 Uplamoor to East Kilbride Most drives nice and friendly. Buses clean and comfy. Would be stuck without this service
Me and my pregnant stepmother were crossing the toad and the 247 bus in glenmavis came swinging around the corner and almost hit us.
Driver's are mostly sound of they'd be getting one star
