This firm have been our solicitors through numerous house sales and purchases, the drawing up of wills and acquiring two businesses. In every event they have been efficient, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend.

In my honest opinion I would say not to bother trying to use this solicitors.  It seems to me that they don't value new customers or perhaps it is because we were a will aid appointment that we are not seen as valuable to them.  It was our fault for trying to do something good for charity at the same time as getting our will done.

We only have one month to get this done and due to lack of holidays and the fact I am due in November we booked the one day we could do, but the solicitor decided to double book and if we couldn't move our appointment then they would not be willing to see us.  That to me feels like a real lack of customer service.
