Very rude. TWICE, during a recent visit, was completely ignored as I stood at the counter waiting to be served...while the owner was on his computer( no doubt important orders or whatever)...a simple " I'll be with you shortly" was all that was required. BASIC POLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE...and barely acknowledged me, never mind smiled as he took my money. Had I been able to buy my purchases elsewhere, I would have just left them with the rude owner and walked out!!
