Long wait at drive through,over 10 minutes.The carpark gets blocked when drive through is busy i saw 2 frustraighted drivers blocked in by the cue,the muffin looked like it was put together by a 3 year old see photo but the hash brown and coffee were good.
Everytime we have ordered large meals we only get medium size meals it is not on anymore. The fries were under cooked, no salt and short on portions. The large coke drinks were flat and looked like they filled it as a medium instead of a large. The Big Macs looked like they were slapped together with one of them a gherkin hanging out and one chicken wrap missing. This is not good after spending £30 - £40. The only reason why we have it delivered is because of parking is really bad. Out of all the Macdonalds in Staffordshire I do not recommend this one.
Table service, food arrived quickly and was well prepared. Staff were friendly and professional, restaurant area was clean. As McDonald's go this is a very good one and a handy stop off for Alton Towers. My only complaint is that parking is rather tight.Food: 5/5
I opted for salad instead of fries and literally got some cos lettuce, two slices of tomato and one slice of cucumber. I took it back and they apologised and provided me with one that was much better. Helpful staff and very clean. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. Parking: Drive through and ordering on the app also available.
Took over 15 minutes to get through drive through, staff handed over the food and took another 5 minutes to do the hot drinks. Fries had no salt on, quarter pounder had onions and pickles on although I requested to be taken off. Also 2 x festive pies not in the bag. If I am paying for something and don't receive it then in my book that's tantamount to theft
A popular location where parking can be a little tight at times. Disappointed that this is one of the few McDonald's to charge 10p for ketchup unless you use the pumps. Not ideal if you're looking to take your food on the road.
The food and service were fine and typical of McDonalds, the bathrooms were disgusting and had an over flowing bin of pads outside the cubicles and trash on the floor. We stopped in around 830pm and it seemed like a hot spot shortly after we arrived for boy racers, and was a bit intimidating to even throw my rubbish away.Food: 5/5
Very clean and tidy. Almost a quiet room with a few guests coming in and out. Food was delivered fast and all accurate. Was a good stop before continuing the trip back home.Food: 5/5
Wrong place for this restaurant. Very busy and the wait and the parking was poor due to location only. When it’s day time and busy I could only imagine the chaos. Food was exactly as expected. Hand dryers inoperable. made a member of staff aware, who looked at with with attitude and disbelief.
I ordered a wrap and my chicken was slimy and it never had any coating crumbed I didnt complain as that's what you get when you get fast food! PityFood: 1/5
