Yesterday this place was totally caos! The place looks like doesn’t have a manager. The staff not knowing what to do, the manager, instead of managing, organizing and helping to deliver the ready-mad lunches, had her head down, disguising and putting the hamburgers in the bags, was general chaos in the restaurant and she didn't even care about the customers. more than 30 people ordering lunch and she was doing nothing. She is so incompetent that she needs to closed the doors to solve the problem. HORRIBLE A LOT OF PEOPLE DECIDED TO ASK FOR A REFUND, BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT
Horrible service, items always missing. Food are cold and soggy large meals looks like kids meals, ice-cream filled in less than half tub if you ready to pay for air welcome to Mcdonald's Blanchardstown DT.
Really poor cleaning and caring, tables really dirty floor? You can make a big Mac with the ingredients left over the floor, staff not caring at all, I did clean my own table with a cloth they left over with a strong smell of bleach. Go to burgers kind in front looks at least clean. AVOID.Food: 5/5
Every time I ordered my chicken nuggets with MAYO dip I always get none or other dips. Today I ordered again but this time instead of mayo dips, I got 4 tomato dips and I personally really hate tomato dips. It would be great if they paid attention to details on orders. The good things about this McDonald's it opens 24/7 and the customer service is fine.
Had breakfast a few times here now and first I thought it was just a hick-up but after several bad experiences I think this is a pattern. Especially when it gets a little busier. Order screen was full at some stage so we ended up waiting well over 20 minutes for 3 small breakfasts. Deliveroo orders seem to get priority as those guys were in and out with bags while we were still waiting. Eventually we received it but to no surprise the wrong one. Had ordered a breakfast roll with sausage, egg, bacon and cheese but only got a bacon roll literally just bacon and ketchup on it instead. None of the staff was interested so eventually got a hold of someone who clearly wasn't working there for long. Explained the problem but she was clearly confused by the difference of those 2 options they have. Took another 10 minutes, no apology, nothing. No manager in sight to keep things under control. Order screen kept filling up more and more with people left waiting for ages.
This place is ALWAYS packed but the staff do their best to keep on top of the orders. Thank you :Food: 4/5
Every time we order here some item is missing. I can understand this can happens, but if it happens every single time there is a issue. Not to mention the quality absolute scammers always missing something from my orders. Can’t describe my disappointment
Food left out for over 7 mins on a tray before chips were put on it by the time I got called the burgers were cold. Staff need retraining. Its like your putting them out for doing their job. It’s been a long time since the food has been decent from here
It was crowdy today, but the staff were great and quite quick. The table service/eat on/ Was great and quicker than take away/ I took the number and waited for my order.Food: 4/5
No idea why after lockdown this McDonalds is going down hill. Use to be realy good,way much better than drive thru. That feeling like when you talk on same language but staff is not listening at all.
