Yesterday this place was totally caos! The place looks like doesn’t have a manager. The staff not knowing what to do, the manager, instead of managing, organizing and helping to deliver the ready-mad lunches, had her head down, disguising and putting the hamburgers in the bags, was general chaos in the restaurant and she didn't even care about the customers. more than 30 people ordering lunch and she was doing nothing. She is so incompetent that she needs to closed the doors to solve the problem. HORRIBLE A LOT OF PEOPLE DECIDED TO ASK FOR A REFUND, BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT
Horrible service, items always missing. Food are cold and soggy large meals looks like kids meals, ice-cream filled in less than half tub if you ready to pay for air welcome to Mcdonald's Blanchardstown DT.
I’m here 8/10/22 at 10am inside blancharstown shopping to have a breakfast, waiting 20min. We ordered muffin cheese and they deu very with bacon, twice, place is full, is a mess, take too long to delivery the order and order is wrong. Coffee came cold. There another McDonald’s crossing the road. That one is good.Recommended dishes
Every time I ordered my chicken nuggets with MAYO dip I always get none or other dips. Today I ordered again but this time instead of mayo dips, I got 4 tomato dips and I personally really hate tomato dips. It would be great if they paid attention to details on orders. The good things about this McDonald's it opens 24/7 and the customer service is fine.
Had breakfast a few times here now and first I thought it was just a hick-up but after several bad experiences I think this is a pattern. Especially when it gets a little busier. Order screen was full at some stage so we ended up waiting well over 20 minutes for 3 small breakfasts. Deliveroo orders seem to get priority as those guys were in and out with bags while we were still waiting. Eventually we received it but to no surprise the wrong one. Had ordered a breakfast roll with sausage, egg, bacon and cheese but only got a bacon roll literally just bacon and ketchup on it instead. None of the staff was interested so eventually got a hold of someone who clearly wasn't working there for long. Explained the problem but she was clearly confused by the difference of those 2 options they have. Took another 10 minutes, no apology, nothing. No manager in sight to keep things under control. Order screen kept filling up more and more with people left waiting for ages.
Ordered €40 worth of breakfast. 3 pancakes with sausage meals. Got home to see I only had 2 pancakes and no sausage or no maple syrupwhich I asked for twice Went back up to get the correct order and was told sorry breakfast is over now. Don't understand how they couldn't just throw 3 sausage patties on the grill and few pancakes as I ordered it all withing the breakfast hours. Not my fault the gobshites can't read black and white in front of them. Very disappointing
My god what a disorganised franchise. Owner needs to attend and get it in shape. Granted its busy but one lady beside me was up like 4 time as her order was messed up. Someone knocked my drink from my tray as I turned around and the staff ignored my request for some assistance to have it cleared up. Only saving grace was the staff member with the red in his hair! Very pleasant and helpful! Oh and the spicy nuggets were good N spicy
This place is ALWAYS packed but the staff do their best to keep on top of the orders. Thank you :Food: 4/5
Very ling wait for food and then some of the order was missing but had to queue to get it sorted and we werent the only ones. We went here twice in one day and happened both times. Burgers were thrown together so falling apart, cold chips, the wraps were delicious though
The worst McDonald's branch I have been to. The ordering screens were broken. We put in a whole order, only to realise that the card machine was not connected to the server. Had to place order at the counter. The staff are disinterested & refuse to smile. The screens should have been turned off to save customer times but staff didn't care. My order for two meal deals took a full 30 minutes because the tea machine was broken. No communication from staff, otherwise I would have gone for a coke. By the time I got the food, the burgers were cold & one fries were missing. Staff assumed we ordered a takeaway rather than dine-in & got our food in a bag. The toilets were broken. Had come to Blanch SC after ages. Given the choices of places to eat, will never be back here.
