very good service in my experience. staff were friendly and nice. the food quality was very good - and the cheeseburger cheese didn't stick to the wrapper. fries weren't crunchy but not soggy either and the mcflurries were very good too. the interior, exterior and toilets were clean, modern, were in good quality and shape, plus no rubbish on the floors. kiosks were easy to use and the food service was exceptional. sadly there is no drive thru but still, i would highly recommend this place to people. they are usually open 6am-2am.
Popped here for a breakfast, duly used/paid on the inhouse screen and waited and waited. People coming and going who came in after us think we waited around 20 mins and when I finally caught someone's attention and they questioned where our food was to another member of staff she was informed it was sat on a tray without our drinks unsure why got missed as our order was just a pancake and bacon bap meal no special requests The staff member was very apologetic. Think the service could've been better, tbh the majority of staff that were cooking were just on a go slow .nnThis McDonald's isn't a drive through but obviously you can use the app to order if you cant be bothered getting out of your car. I saw many just parked up/ordering and an elderly staff member having to go in and out into the cold to deliver their food, I felt quite sorry for her.
32 mins from order to getin the food burgers cold no fizzy drinks so offer of water fruit shoot or orange juice same price as your large coke wasn't overly busy but staff just not on it numerous people bringing food back and gettin refunds
Took grandkids for a treat, there was a worker sat at a table playing games with children, asked if ours wanted to join in and play while they were waiting for there food to arrive, they loved it , all got a gift , fantastic idea
Tried to order on the app, to find out it wouldn't work so went to the till and was told they had turned off the app. Ordered at the till and couldn't have my meal with no ice, an issue with the till so they would include with ice but let their colleagues know. Waited 15 minutes for the £5 meal deal cheese burger, chicken nuggets, chips and a drink, got ice in my drink so made them sort it and didn't get my sauce for my chicken nuggets. Not that many tables inside. Otherwise your typical McDonald's.
