AVOID!! Would give it no stars but that isn’t a optionnStaff are lazy and miserable and don’t read the labels and can’t make the food rightnThey miss things out the order nearly every time we have beennFood is always cold and no salt on the chipsnWe orderd on the just eat app and they forgot over half our food and the stuff that came was cold we rang the restaurant and all they could say was you can come down and we can sort it out well I wouldn’t have ordered on the app if I could get there. One of the best McDonald's I've ever had. Hot, freshly cooked. It's been a long time since I had one so good. The timing was probably just right
Visited this evening the staff and food was diabolical.nThe food was cold,and soggy.nDeserts were missing from order.nHad to queue round the drive through to get missing desserts. So slow. No fast food here!nStaff unfriendly and looked at me as if I was stupid when advised my apple pie and McFlurry was missing.nI then told them our food had been cold. Again looked at me as if I was an idiotnNo apology no acknowledgement .nWhat has happened to this place?nGone are the days of friendly. Bubbly staffnWho say hello welcome to McDonald’snAnd have a great day!nNow it’s a grunt an attitude that your a bother as you dare to drive through and ask to collect your food! Absolutely disgusted. I'm knocking a couple of stars off the service.nSimply because the waiting time was rather excessive.nOther than that...nThe food was tasty and the dining area was spotless.nThe double cheese burger quarter pounder was delicious.nIt shares the same area as Shipley Aldi, so the car parks can get very busy at times. Making it difficult to exit the area. There is only one way out and it is a shared junction with the train station and the ever busy fox's corner.
Speedy service at the drive thru. I ordered on the app and when I opened the bag, it was all there and correct. The best thing about McD is that you aleays know what you're going to get is a standard. Wad not disappointed
