Fancied a Big Mac Meal..... A "House special" currently being pushed as a "Double big Mac" you would expect to be well made and uctious. After mucking up the order and having to wait in carpark 10 minutes We finally drove away. Stopped at the sea front carpark. What a dissapointment. Dry overcooked, cardboard thin Yuck. Not recommended.... Fries..... Pale, barely cooked .... Not bothering in Skeggy again
Visited after the pub, it was busy. Tried using the self order system but it failed twice. So I ordered with the system but had to pay at the till. There seemed to be a few people with the same problem. When I paid I was given an order number but this order wasn't on the screen. So I waited ages and asked a staff member where my order was but the order was under a different number. The food was good. This isn't the first time I've had issues here, doubt it'll be the last. FAST FOOD!!! DEFINITELY NOT.
Took almost an hour only to get given mostly cold food, even after it was re-cooked. Some items missing and zero customer service provided. Visited after a long journey with two young kids who ended up hardly eating it because it wasn't hot enough. Not the best start to a family holiday. The place needs new management if it's to stay classed as "fast food".
Not the best Macdonald's I have been to outside looked kind of grubby no icecream odd for seaside location for me I didn't like the vibe of this Macdonald's prices are still good you can't fault them on that it as to be said just wasn't as clean as others I have visited please be careful parking at this Macdonald's I was unfortunate enough to get a puncture on my car wheel I immediately rang the AA man who had to come from Lincoln some 40 miles away I asked a member of staff am I OK parking here because I cannot drive my car like this she said yes of course I said are you sure I couldn't move it anyway again she said yes it's OK it wasn't because I have got a £50 fine it is as it is but the right information would have helped Vegetarian options: Only one or two options to be fair Kid-friendliness: As every Macdonald's very child friendly

The last 10 years there seems to be a issue every time I go in with me or other people shouting and mad. We went in tuesday evening I went in for a happy meal and it took over half hour and it was not busy. Tuesday night went in for food for us 3 adults they got the order wrong and took soooo long when it was not busy. Wednesday we went in for food at 10:30pm. What a mistake that was. Step dad ordered food, it finally came, was sooo cold. Couple 2 tables down had to take the food back as it was cold We took it back and 20 mins later got our new food and guess what it's cold again. So went back again for the 3rd time and finally 25 mins later got food that was OK. By that point it was 11:30 took over a hour to get it and we took the kinda warm food and went. Never going back again and telling everyone else to got go there.
Toilets were utterly awash with blood & no toilet paper. Had to ask for some and was handed a few napkins...screen with the order numbers wasn't working either...would recommend steering clear until they can get a cleaner in to ensure the toilets are atleast semi hygenic.
Busy buy got served pretty quick. Man who cleared the tables was very nice. Poor man, some people don't believe in clearing the table after themselvesFood: 5/5
Ordered waited 30mins for the food, only got half a chicken rap, crunchy horrible chips, cold quarter pounder and over cooked chicken nuggets,rude when we sent it back and gor the re order wrong. And it's not the first time we have had a problem with this store. Worst mc donalds ever. At least ten more people complained and sent food back whilst we were there.
Arrived at the restaurant at ~6.40 Ordered on the self service machine. A happy meal, a wrap and a mcplant meal. The machine cannot take payment so I queue at the till. Paid at 6.45. At 7.00 I see my meal placed in the holding area in the back. At 7.10 nothing has happened, I ask a staff member. She tells me it is now too cold to serve. I explain that I have two young children waiting with my wife in the car, cold is better than another 25 minute wait. Guess which I got? 25 minutes later and after some cojolling attempt number two arrives. The fries are missing, it is not hot. I ask about the fries and they miraculously appear. It is now 7.40. I point out that I have waited nearly an hour for order 44 and that order 74 is being served. Perhaps some compensation? No. Perhaps you could ask the manager who I can see hiding in the back? No he is busy. After I offer to wait another miracle, he appears. Steve. Assistant manager. No surname because data protection. He can offer me a discount on my next visit. I will not be returning. I can take it up with "customer services". I can Google how to do that. Not sorry, not anything by way of an explanation. My meal has been recooked and that's that. I have sympathy for them working in busy conditions, out of season, on a Monday night. That's why I waited patiently. Anything resembling customer service and I wouldn't have bothered to write the review. I left with one hot portion of fries and three cold meals. I got the impression I ought to think I'd done well. Cheers Steve, I sincerely hope there is an assistant assistant manager due to start soon.
