Went on a busy weekday lunchtime around 12:30. Ordered via the app for table service, which only took 8 minutes to arrive.  Food was excellent - the fries were hot, freshly made and crispy with the burger and chicken on point.  Only let down by lack of parking, as the car park is very small for the size of the restaurant.  Parking: Small car park, so can be a struggle to find spaces. The two available were very tight, so recommend parking with care.

Worst McDonald's I've  ever been to is unfortunately our local 1.  Food waita so long before being called out and passed to the customer its always cold by the time you get it or get it home.  Ordered a Big Tasty and when I opened it at home it looks like the patty had been dropped and then just piled back in to the bun

Really nice as far as McDonald's go. Food was actually really good and serves hot! Kids loved the interactive table

I went through the drive-through as every time I've visited in doors it looks chaotic and very busy.  Id Like to say the staff were lovely, very helpful and polite, however when I came to the first window, the poor girl who served me was freezing cold she was wearing a uniform jacket as the heating was broken. I noticed whenever I visited back in October, the same problem was still happening. I asked the girl if she was OK and if she could wear gloves, she replied no because of the touch screen till. .  Please get this sorted, I really feel for the poor staff. If it was my son or daughters, I would be upset .  The food was OK, unfortunately by the time I got home the burgers were stone cold and I only live 10 mins away.

Oh dear, only 1 star because I couldn't give none, waited at drive through for 45 mins today when we finally arrived at window to pay asked why it had taken so long, was told by a sulky worker that there wasn't enough staff,  no apologies at all,  surely they know Saturday is their busiest day more staff needed maybe??? To add insult to injury food had obviously been hanging around for that 45 minutes, stone cold burger yuk !!

Think of the opposite to Fast Food, then this one won't disappoint. With the emergence of Uber Eats etc the service in this place is poor as they take priority over the front of house or drive through. There are a few nice members of staff trying their best but ultimately it's not a great place.  Parking: Quite a small car park, poorly lit and tight to manoeuvre.

Don’t both of you are in a rush. Got parked up after ordering in advance on the app. After 15 minutes the ice creams had melted while we were waiting so had to take them back inside. Watched as everyone was told to park up same as us. After 25 minutes had to go inside and the food was literally waiting  on the side with no one on counter service. Not the first time this has happened. Maybe don’t use drive thru

So unorganised and very slow at getting orders out, a few customers complained their food was cold whilst I was there. My food was okay once received after quite a wait, but burger could have been fresh as that was only warm. Lady behind the counter had a very shouty voice was driving everyone round the bend.. my latte was half full and cold. Won't be back there.

Literally don't know how it can be this bad but such a bad mcdonalds !!! Their food was cold and hard and just tasted like cardboard. The wait was so long and it was only for a small order. I was just shocked at how they'd managed to ruin a cheeseburger?? Clearly everything had been left out under a heater for ages. Literally the worst mcdonalds I've ever had I think!!

Not sure why this macdonalds is so bad but it is. Very slow slow service, food OK but not ever that hot. The ice cream, frappe and milkshakes are never available and the other day you couldn't have any fizzy drinks????  Wish someone would do something about it as its our local but currently it's just awful.
