The new layout may speed up ordering but it's now like going to an Argos. I preferred the old layout when MacDonalds called itself a restaurant you interacted with staff you could ask questions and you received the personal touch. The food is good but it's more like take your food and f@ck off now.Food: 5/5
Gone are the days of real fast food , high quality McDonald's. What I mean by that is quick service , freshly made piping hot food that does the job it's intended for. Far too long now have we all been served soggy ,Luke warm fries . , Cold wilting cheese burgers and the fact that 8/10 times you go for a milkshake and the machine ain't working. McDonald's has made such a name for itself it now doesn't need to maintain the levels it once did and we as the consumer have some how in general just accept substandard food. You don't expect fine food obviously but fresh , crisp burgers and hot fries should be the norm and then it should be quick service in and out. Is it a lot to ask ???
As McDonald’s come, this was great, the screens with angry birds were greasy as ever. The staff, a mix of young and questionably old. Really great meal: 20 nuggets , 3 large fries, triple cheese burger, 9 Big Macs, 3 vanilla milkshakes and a sprite.
We just ordered breakfast order number 1997 and Gemma’s attitude was beyond appalling! She walked away from serving me because I requested for the rest of the meal l ordered to be given to the car behind me because my partner and child were in the other car. She needs to work on her attitude and on her walking away she told her other colleague that she couldn’t hear what l was saying yet she could have just asked me to repeat what l said than walking away.
Horrendous! Ordered on Self Sevice at 1.25pm, got food at 1.50pm. Staff seemed clueless, after waiting 15 minutes I asked where my order was, to be told 'waiting on drinks.' That was clearly a lie and the person that told me that disappeared. Then when finally got order, had a group of noisy, rude 12/13 Yr olds, that had no food or drink on next table. We're they asked to leave? No, just asked to keep it down, which they didn't. Honestly don't bother with this place, I understand McDonald's isn't a fancy restaurant, but I did think it was meant to be 'fast food.' I don't know why these places think it's OK to treat customers like this, just because it's a cheaper alternative to eating at a pub or restaurant.
We ordered a McDonald’s breakfast at 8.30am and it didn’t arrive till 10.12am. When we phoned they said order would be fresh but when it came it was cold and hot chocolate was like warm. Won’t be ordering from swad McDonald’s anytime soon
The staff were very helpful as soon as we arrived. 2 members of staff advised on how to access the accessable feature on the self service machine so I could order from my wheelchair and also offered to bring it to a table for me if needed. They also assisted in moving a chair to enable me to sit at a table in my chair. Despite it being extremely busy.
Good, quick service at this outlet from efficient staff and I have never had an incorrect order or food that was sub-standard. There are some outlet franchises where this is not the case.
Large fries less than half full, second order as the first arrived with no food at all. Manager couldn't care less and hung up on me. AVOID.
Ordered on the app and only received half the order which was cold when we went back they gave us the rest of the food and it was all cold had to heat it up and it never tasted the same tried to call them and left on voicemail no answer customer service really bad
