Please avoid this macdonalds .... last few times now they have messed my order up. I can't eat cheese due to an intolerance. Bloody cheese in my big mac that says no cheese clearly and they put cheese in it.  Staines is by far the best maccies. Rang them and they said they can only offer a free meal next time... erm I don't think I'll be back.

WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER HAD  Ordered off UberEats. We live a 5 min drive away. The food arrived overcooked, stale and cold. There was a hair in the fries. The side salad had 1 cucumber and tomato and gunk in it. And to top it all of 2 of the drinks were missing.

Not sure who does the training for this McDonald’s, but they clearly don’t know what they are doing. Without a fail every time they miss something from orders that contain more than 2 items… Ask them for sauces, no chance that you will get them with your order. Like Big Mac with top bun missing? you’re in the right place. They are in business just because it’s only McDonald for miles.

Very clean and friendly staff. Good COVID-19 protocol in place. I felt safe. However the food could be better presented. A lot of visible oil on the breakfast sandwich.

Well, much like all these other reviewers, more often than not there are multiple missing items from my order. Had this on many occasions at this point, I just wonder how it is possible to mess up this much for so long to still have no change made at all.

Getting a bit sick and tired of McDonald’s not paying attention to order details. Almost every time we order from here, clearly asking for NO cheese due to lactose intolerance, they still put cheese on or in everything. On top of this we get declined a refund because apparently it’s not down to them to get it right. Disgusted is an understatement

Table service was slow. Food left on counter for 8 minutes and was cold so sent it back. Expected better at Walton , Surrey restaurantFood: 3/5

Orderd some food using deliveroo and it would appear that the biggest number they can count to is 8 as I was missing a nugget from my 9 and my gf was missing  1 from her 6, also asked for sauces and received noneFood: 4/5

Ordered delivery. In the 1st place got someone else's food, then called the store explaining the issue, they offered to remake the whole order for the driver to come back, 1 hour later this is how my food gets to me, a completely destroyed patty, everything cold, they didn't remake the food just like they assured me. Terrible service

Just as good as any other MCD. Customised my items and they were prepared specially. Wait time was probably 10 mins due to being a bit busy. Nice interior and I liked the fact they had a separate area for the delivery guys.  Parking: Restricted parking as this is a high Street location
