Had to wait over 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes but they sent vanilla instead, there was no toy with the happy meal, there was no dip with the cheese melts, they did not send my festive pie, all the food was freezing cold and the mcflurry had melted and the fries for the happy meal had just been thrown into the bag with the rest of the food rather than in the paper packet they're supposed to come in and the paper packet was just thrown on top, you could tell they hadn't even bothered putting them in the packet to begin with. Absolutely VILE service here.
When we arrived the queue moved relatively reasonably paced... While waiting at the intercom to place our order, all was well until my mother heard someone asking for her order. Rather low sounding but still clear enough to hear, she yells into the wee mic... They ask what else she wants... She shouts once again for fear they may not hear her... At which point I had to let her know she was hearing the intercom from the drive thru lane... At which point someone came through the intercom loud and clear and requested we go to the first window to place our order. No idea why they couldn't take our order there, but couldn't care less as I was buckled at my mum shouting at an empty box. High entertainment value to go with nice servers and good food.
Not usually a big fan of McDonald's but heading for a walk in the Greenock area we stopped here for breakfast. Shows how long it has been since I visited one of their outlets, it was my first experience of using a screen tap menu. Managed to stumble through it with only one hiccup. Have to say, the coffee was first class along with the filled roll. Clean and tidy, friendly staff, no complaints.
Got our order wrong to start but did correct it. Wasn't until we left we realised I had one tiny bit of lettuce on my burger which was a bit disappointing.Food: 2/5
To be fair I used the drive through n the service was quick enough for a change but as per usual the food was semi cold which is obscene considering it was 2 happy meals.Food: 2/5
Absolutely awful!! Purchased 3 meals which were disgusting. Vegetable burger was greasy and tasted odd and burger thrown together, fries were undercooked, greasy, almost white and tasted of stale cooking oil. Cheeseburger was very poor, soggy bun, beef burger was average, chips disappointing and undercooked again with stale oil, and chicken select was okay. The drinks were the best part of the meal! Very disappointing and will avoid this restaurant in the future!
Well where do you start went though drive through got the order it was not ours went back the girl said go back round and wait so we did never came back had to go in they didn't even have the order 1 hour waiting on food wont be back there disgusting they way they treat you
It's mcdonalds just went, got my order wrong 3 times then didn't have most of my order in the bag, get home opened looks all good open the wrapper for the bacon cheeseburger an its a triple cheeseburger. honestly mcdonalds keep up the great work
1st time ordering from here on Just Eat order £16.45 Food was late stone cold and missing items and i was offered a £3 Refund not acceptable. I am conyacting trading standards and enviromental health for selling stone cold food.
queue moved fast, staff friendly enough but food cold, order wrong, no mcflurries in the bag and no sugar or milk included with tea. Dont bother, drive to the next one.
