Situated in Dalton park, clean and cosy. Free parking. Ideal if your shopping in the outlet shops. As well as meals you can get tea, coffee, chocolate, cold drinks and ice creams such as mcflurrys, sundaes etc.Food: 5/5
3 times I have ordered a delivery from here, and 3 times they have left something off the order. Unless you go into complain, there doesn't seem to be, any way of getting through to them.
‍ my cheese bites turned out to be chicken nuggets good job I'm not a vegetarian my chicken burger had the wrong mayo on and my "large fries" looked like a they'd feel right at home in the fourth installment of the "honey I shrunk the kids" franchise... "honey I shrunk the fries"
Waited 20 minutes in line, I know they cannot control the volume of customers wanting drive through. to pull up to the payment window to be ignored for a solid 5 mins while they had a domestic about who was doing what. The cherry on the piss soaked cake after waiting so long shocking service was all the food was stone cold. I hope all involved have the day they deserve!
The girl that served me was not at all helpful. Before I was served I was stood 5mins waiting too be served the looked as if she didn't want to be there or even serve no smile no greeting or anything .she explain that I should get a table number which was right next to the till she just said I will put it as ure taking away and you can then just sit in and eat it. No thanks or anything I definitely wnt be returning this one anymore even though I work on the park. You could cut the atmosphere behind the counter with a knife Everyone looked miserable i thought the Motto was Service with a Smile you too explain to the staff wot that means.

We enjoy snacking here. Tasty food & good service. It was quiet for a Friday, but it suited us. Nathan was welcoming & very pleasant.Food: 5/5
Waited over an hour for delivery, by the time it came the fries were that cold they were solid, cheeseburgers were freezing cold too. What a joke!! Lots of people having same problem. Doubt they care though, £14 in their pocket for nothing. Won't order from there again.
Terrible service and the food was cold, even after a long 40minute wait for food. Staff, due to complaint they made our order but still I really can't understand why it was cold. Didn't want to complain again, just wanted to get out of the place
walked in and ordered, big mistake! preference for delivery companies and drive throughs! served raw, soggy fries and cold patties! even when i complained and order remade it wasnt any better, this was after waiting for an hour for the order to be made in the first place, never eating there again!
