OK so basically this has turned into a delivery hub chock full of delivery staff waiting on food. A month or 2 ago I got one slice of tomato and a slice of lettuce as a side salad. Despite this this review is prompted by a visit yesterday. I ordered 20 share nuggets for the kids brought it home divided it up and lo and behold 18 nuggets! This happens a lot and has happened to my friend with his kids several times. Either the staff are told to do this or they can't manage to count to 20!!! Not impressed will be avoiding I'm future. This is a con or a theft either way its bang out. 27.8.22 - update tried again lastnight wow between 15 and 20 delivery drivers at any given time had to walk through umpteen to get in and yet a flipping gain 18 nuggets when ordering 20!! EDIT - I have messaged mcds and emailed manager here twice no reply so clearly dont care so dropping another star just a joke.

I got a delivery and half my order was missing,,no drinks,,no big tasty and no dips? When you pay for something you expect to receive it especially when you do meals and all that turns up is your chips and then when you try to phone the restaurant it just rings out!! Definitely won’t be order or getting a McDonald’s anytime soon

Can you just take milkshakes off the menu? Or better still, put a wee sign at the beginning of the 40 min queue letting us know the one day of the year it's not broke!  Edit: Another day at Micky dees Stevenson another drama, missing my chilli cheese bites and ordered a large cappuccino and got ⅓ of a cup, it maybe evaporated while waiting the 15 mins for my drive through "fast food" order

First time in McDonald's for many years. This particular outlet didn't appear overly clean with items of food wrapping debris littering the floor near the counter area. Staff are plentiful, most of them late teens/early twenties. I've seen more 'life' in an un - clean bed mattress. When you're asked "Go large?" with your order, don't, Go Home!

Unfortunately it's the same old same old from here. The food is always freezing cold when you get it. Milkshake machine and mcflurry machine hardly ever work...a sign at the entrance to the drive through would be handy to let people know! Loads of workers and looks like a free for all behind the tills. Struggle to get near the tills due to the amount of Just Eat delivery drivers...clearly taking their online customers as a priority. Landline is a waste of time as it's never answered, probably due to the fact they know how many people are phoning to complain. In general a very poor branch of McDonald

Can’t beat the saver menu on a Sunday morning

Waited 50 mins at collect Bay after ordering through the app. Had to go in and see where my order was. Someone had started to put the order together then abandoned it so had just sat there. Asked for a fresh order to be made and taken out to car as kids in car. 15vmins later had to go back in to then be given my order which I was told was fresh. Drove home and found one burger stone cold. Had to drive back and get it changed. Whole £25 family meal ruined. They more cater for the delivery services now and it's just always bedlem in there.

Delivery Hub now Don't care about the paying customer anymore And 9/10 times they do not have milkshakes .. Is there a shortage on milk ? And just been for a happy meal & 1 bag of fries .. But need to take a parking space.. Place has massively gone down hill !!!

Couldn't give Zero stars , but if you like freezing cold burgers , warm cola and fries that are limper than a wet lettuce , then this is the place for you . Utterly atrocious way to run a food outlet , if they can't get orders out on time , then they shouldn't be taking them  . Poor standard of service all round .

It's McDonalds and as McDonalds it's hit or miss. This time it was okay. My main beef is that if you order coffee on the parking bays there's no option for sugar. It's a bummer cos you don't want the wee staff person going back for it.Food: 3/5
