Really nice clean McDonald’s. My biggest tick with it was the fact it has family parking spaces! These are so useful especially as often there isn’t much room to park and I have 2 kids to get out. The food was good and service too. The flat white was excellent!
Peter in front of house is amazing and lovely, and his customer skills are the best however, this is the third time I hav been served the new McDonald's invisible cheese. After ordering cheese in 2 burgers today, I am yet again for the third time not receiving it. It is a chargeable item and I have not received it the last 3 trips in a row. Very disappointed.
Lovely branch of McDonald's always clean and tidy. Staff are always helpful and nice. No wonder they are always busy but even very busy they get your food quick and the quality is great too. Kid-friendliness: Happy meals and balloons given and staff really nice and friendly when interacting with the kids
Consistently mess up our order. My wife didn't get her burger today. One time nobody had any fries in our order. That was a sad day. Couldn't get a milkshake today but I really didn't expect to as 9 out of 10 visits they are unable to supply milkshakes. I'm tired of driving back to the drive through to collect the stuff I didn't get.
No ketchup, no milkshakes, no nacho wedges, no ice, park and wait 20 minutes. Night manager is plain rude, guy delivering food stinks of body odour, order was wrong, half portions of chips wouldn’t take a £20 note. Then had the audacity to tell me to enjoy the rest of my day.
Like most McDonald's the food is good when its fresh. You also always have to check your order as its often wrong or missing somethingFood: 4/5
It's a McDonald's so I find the service is nothing unexpected for fast food, though much faster than KFC or Burger King, in general. The only complaint I have with this particular location is the car park is fairly small and difficult to enter and exit without obstruction.Food: 4/5
Slowest mcdonalds I have ever been in. 25 mins wait and the food came out at different times so when we actually got to eat it, most of it was cold.Food: 2/5
Went in today 28th October 2022 hardly any drinks available, no fizzy drinks, no milkshakes, no chicken nuggets, messed up our order AGAIN, food was cold. This branch has hit rock bottom and needs a serious new manager that isn't sitting in the corner rocking stressed out of his mind! We need a McDonalds in either Honiton, Seaton or Axminster!!!!!!
Only popped in for a hot drink, but it was luke warm. Loads of young school kids running around throwing chairs making noise, parents not parenting.Food: 1/5
