Just placed an order, which arrived within half an hour...Great! Unfortunately it wasn't, everything was cold including hot drinks and all the sauces were missing, which wasn't a shock as they have been missing everytime we've ordered. Very disappointed, again. The option of delivery isn't working and need some serious attention.
I went here a couple days ago. I made an order through the drive-thru. They told me to park in a waiting bay and no one came to me. But that wasn't even the worst part. After a while, I went inside the store. The managers were there and, instead of doing their jobs, they were humiliating the food delivery drivers and harassing them for no apparent reason. The worst place I have ever been to. There was no equality, no sense of right and wrong, no pofessionalism. They were even influencing the young employees there! I was so angry at them I couldn't eat my food! Everyone deserves to be respected and they showed no respect to the drivers at all. They were horrible!
Literally every time I order for delivery it comes incorrect! I need to stop putting trust in them to be able to put the right burger in the correct bag. I don’t know whether their staff need more training or are just absolutely useless.
This McDonald's used to be okay but I've ordered twice in recent months and both times they have forgotten or got my order completely wrong and I go on the app to complain and they just redirect me to uber eats or whoever delivered and it's not their fault! LOOK CAREFULLY AT PEOPLE'S ORDERS!!! I don't eat or order often so we I do, I want to get what I actually ordered!

Ordered a BBQ chick and bacon wrap asked no lettuce no tomato below is what I got clearly says on receipt all got was chick cucumber and mayo where is the bacon and BBQ. Seriously wouldn't ask for a BBQ chick and bacon with mayo if didn't want those key ingredients especially as they do chick and mayo the box label had the no's on and the receipt. It isn't rocket science when following an order put everything except the no things tried ringing for one HR and a half no response.the customer comes first unless you ring and then you don't what a complete waste of money and petrol.
Meal was £6.89 which is good and only took around 25 minutes to get food. It took so long that the clutch wore out on the car. The food was cold, put too much salt on chips. The burger was not as bad as my dogs food. Kid-friendliness: Happy meals
Worst mcdonalds in West Yorkshire by far. They don't seem to have anything prepared. The drive through is never a drive through you have to park and wait every time
This place needs shutting down, absolute mess, staff are clearly on drugs or drinking and dressed in the normal dog hair covered stained clothes, had to complain about a large fries as there were about 3 chips in total, took 12 minutes for this complaint to be resolved. The store was disgustingly dirty and a complete mess old food and sauce covering each table. At 10pm on a Saturday night with a way more than suitable amount of staff should not take more than 5 minutes to order and receive the food. If NFS food safety inspection walked in when I did that place would not be open and running.
I have just ordered from here threw uber eats. Our condiments didn't come with my meal we didn't receive any straws our drinks was spilled in the bag. My double cheese burger looks like it's been sat on and thrown together. And finally my doughnut that is suppose to be cold came warm from the food.
