Went there over a year ago swore I would never return! but I did! Wish I hadn't, had the new Chicken Crispy meal with Latte, it was NOT crispy was overcooked and dry , the Mayo looked like it had been scraped On and off again. Horrible and waste of money. We had our latte given to us; no sugar or stirrers had to call her back and ask for them, asked for 2 sauces was abruptly told you have to pay for them! Rude! Told her to keep them. I should have remembered by last visit there when my meal and two other people who were with me had food that looked like it had been dropped on the floor, it was a mess complained and they gave me a £5 voucher!! But we had bought 3 meals which we binned. Absolutely the worse Mcdonalds we have ever been to and certainly will NEVER EVER go there again. Would rather drive 4 Mile up the road to the other one. AVOID!
Was really disappointed to see staff members talking down to others, particularly someone wearing the name badge ‘Cameron’ or something similar. It was rather upsetting to see staff be treated and talked to like slaves especially younger members. Will not be returning, management need to ensure this is dealt with. Left feeling saddened and put off my food. Other employees, particularly younger ones, seem to work tirelessly despite this and don’t deserve to work in these conditions- a pay rise is well deserved when having to deal with this nonsense. Disappointed.

Given the wrong food order 5 times running, during the drive through. Its frustrating enough, but to correct the order with attitude is unacceptable. This is the nearest resturant to me, but I drive the extra mile to Burton Latimer branch of Mc donald for better service.Food: 4/5
Shocking service. Took 10mins+ to be provided with food ordered. The food was thrown together but in fairness tasted ok. Girl on the drive thru sounded like she would sooner be at a funeral.Food: 3/5
Restaurant is clean and tidy. Drive through is fast and wise enough. staff is lovely, I never had any issue with my food.Food: 5/5
No complaints other than a slight pricing issue meant we were overcharged by a few £ but it was all sorted very quick. Staff member Anne gave a few minutes of her time to entertain my kid as she was cleaning up, props for her friendlyness.Food: 5/5
Just bought a hot chocolate from this McDonald.becarefull What you eat and drink outside and do not get scared after you get sick.
It is what it is, but it's definitely not classed as "fast food" anymore. Nowadays you've got a 15 to 20 minutes before your food is ready. The drive through is quicker, unless you're on a motorbike!Food: 3/5
