The times I have eaten here staff rush you and mess order up, find out I have wrong order when I get back home. When I do go back to get correct order staff are rude and don’t help. Make you wait too long then to find you don’t have the right food.
I love Mcd's and keep going there, but sadly most of the staff teenagers make it obvious they don't wanna be there, no people skills and the food is sloppy, messy burgers, lettuce all over the box, cheese half hanging out the bun, missing ingredients, wrong sauce etc, having worked for the company myself I can honestly say they dont obide by the standards they should . Parking: No parent and child spaces
Had a lovely experience today whilst my work colleague and I sat in for a coffee and food. Was greeted by 2 lovely members of staff Jane and Amanda.
Absolute disgrace, always something broken or not working, flurry machine, milkshake machine. Waste of time, when I asked for burger sauce, they drowned my burger, awful place. Its now 2023 and the milkshake machine is still broken, apparently, or maybe they're too lazy to clean it.

Me and my friend went to get some food after a lesson at college before our bus at 1:05, lunchtime is always a really busy time there but 20 minutes has always been long enough considering the bus stop is right outside. We ordered at 12:40 and waited 40 minutes until we thought we should mention that we hadn’t gotten our food, we didn’t want to as we realised how manic it was but by this time our bus had been and gone. The man we spoke to was really apologetic and went to sort it right out, meanwhile we got talking to a lady next to us who was having similar problems and we mentioned that we understood it was busy but 40 minutes really is a long time considering it’s fast food, the lady behind the counter with purple ish hair and a nose ring interrupted and said that if we wanted it done quicker we should come into the kitchen and make it ourselves, she said the chefs were very busy and we needed to be patient as if 40 minutes wasn’t long enough. We weren’t even that fussed that the food had taken along time but the way that member of staff spoke to us was so unnecessary as if she had been waiting this long she’d feel the exact same as we did and we weren’t even being disrespectful, which is what led me to this review! The food was unsurprisingly cold and had obviously been sat there the whole time not even a chef error
1st we have been here , was clean , friendly staff, and the food was really nice and hot and tasty, very busy so must be good Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of disabled parking which is good
Popped in to get some ice creams on the way home, went in and ordered smoothly on the screens. However to my disappointment the ice cream took 15 mins even tho I was the only order on the screen and didn’t see any cars through the drive through ! Due to this kitchen being all open I could clearly see the staff standing around doing nothing not even bothered to complete my order ! To my disgust I even saw the manager stood around on her phone on social media ! My 15 minute wait would have been fine if it was busy however to be this quiet and to make 2 ice creams does not take that long when you can clearly see there not busy ! Awful customer service not even an apology for the wait ! Will not be returning!
Good great food and hot but the ice cream machine is never in service possibly years, need to be reliable on ice cream services.Food: 3/5
Food was cold. And burgers looked like they were thrown together very lazily ...not good at all .. Toffee late tasted or was black coffee
