Absolutely disgusting, flies everywhere and one fell on my food, I went and got them i showed them and they were just rude saying "they weren't flies!" And I was like they were cause they were flying right above where I was eating and as you can see one fell in my food won't be going there again Disgusting and not respected by staff
I usually can't give more than 1 star to MD'S as it is awful, however this one in Tonypandy is the exception to the rule. The staff are really friendly even smiled and chatted; lovely! and the food wasn't bad either you know just goes to prove with the right people behind the counter they can even win me over.......a little bit. Parking: Need a few more disability spaces.
Great place, never really had a bad meal from here. Can get really busy certain times of the day which makes getting in and out of carpark a bit hard. But not an issue. It is a McDonald's after all. Always gutted to see the ice cream machine not working but then again it's McDonald's Food: 5/5
Absolutely DISGUSTING/APPALLING SERVICE. Ordered a delivery. App says ‘delivered’ - yet nothing turns up!! Phone McDonald’s the ‘manager’ says it’s ‘not their problem’ and to call Uber Eats even though I used the McDonald’s App - spoke to someone who couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand them.. talked over the top of me. Spoke to the ‘manager’ who hung up the phone. There’s a 48hr wait to receive a confirmation email regarding my issue. And a 7-10 days wait to see IF I’m entitled to a refund. ‘IF’. Absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely fuming. Worst service EVER.
I am awoken from my 9-5 slumber by a slightly mechanical voice " can I take your order" , no preconceptions, no sarcasm just a honest question shot out in the darkness of the night. That quickly we two complete strangers connect with our desire to serve and to eat , a brief friendship is formed , a perfect partnership the fat guy and the spotty teenager. An uncontrollable sound starts in the bottom of my stomach , " big Mac meal " automatically comes from my voice box and that's it , the thing I've been missing in my life , the feeling of being the master of my own destiny stirs inside me. Thank you Mr MacDonald for being the one thing in my life that does what I ask without questioning why.
Tasteless. The food had no taste whatsoever. The vanilla milkshake tasted of banana. I must say it was the first time in around 10 years that they got the order correct even though the food was cold and tasteless. Sat in covid drive thru queue for around 20minutes before being served, then had to wait to get to the second window before receiving food. Very rare for ice cream and milkshakes to be served at this location.
Not very good , well ok ordering was fine on the screen quick and easy . I decided on using the table service which was very slow...by the time the order arrived to the table the food was almost cold I ordered a Hot Chocolate, which wasn't so hot , a Latte coffee which was OK...2 cheese burgers which were very dry...2 chicken mayo burgers in which the lettuce was limp and the chicken burgers were cold ..the worst McDonald's I have ever had.
Terrible service since they have started with the delivery companies, the service in store has plummeted. I used just eat , waited 2 hrs and cancelled. We went to the store drive through and was asked to pull up, waited another half hr..Simply can’t handle the delivery orders.
Terrible.. doors locked so had to use drive through. Then only the 1 server was operating not ours watched 5 cars get through so fed up of waiting to be served drove through and ordered through the window took 50 minsFood: 2/5
