Always large fries looks small, yesterday returns it because was even less like today. Yesterday had one burger less but today was cold. This is ridiculous!Food: 1/5
Decided last minute on a drive thro dinner …………… 1/4 lb with cheese meal Garlic crispy chicken meal Served quickly and courteously only problem was only one lot of warm chips with both meals !!! If this is done up and done the country and around the world they are saving an awful lot of money !!!! Could do better as they used to say !!!
This isn't the best branch out there. Plenty of times we have been and no sugar stirrers or other things available. The brekkie burgers are literally thrown in the box no attention to detail. The toilets are the stickiest loos I've ever been in quite vile. Dietary restrictions: I am a coeliac so don't have the muffin with my brekkie.
Food was cold and wished we had not bothered , half went in the bin. Often don’t get the things you ordered and found staff before hiding in the baby change loos . Would give negative star if I could
I will never go to your McDonald’s restaurant again. The time it takes to get your food when you order in the restaurant is ridiculous. And one of your staff members had a really bad attitude, just seemed like they didn’t care.The worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been too!
The staff are all really nice but the drive through is really slow Kid-friendliness: Staff are great.
Almost always collecting orders in the drive-thru that are incorrect, although the staff are always happy to resolve for me. Quite often need to drive-thru only to be asked to wait in the car park and they’ll bring my order to me. Food quality is better than every other surrounding McDonald’s though
Disgraceful service tonight. Firstly had to wait whilst other drive thru lane served multiple cars , so felt that we were not important. For it to get worse, as the food ordered was then not taken properly, so advisor was not listening to us. Please train your staff or sack them for poor customer service. Disgusting. Male advisor at 7.30pm 27.10.22. Witney store/restaurant.
The card machine at the drive-through was not working. Cash only was a but inconvenient. Otherwise the staff was friendly, helpful and patient.Food: 4/5
