Slow to cook food. Customer in front of us had to refuse food as it was cold at the counter. Our food came out with just warm fries and burgers. No hot drinks were available. Site has just had a major refit, pity they didn't improve the food service. Its worse than before the refit. Dining in was not available1945. Order machine could not issue a receipt.
Not sure what’s happened since the refurb but it all seems negative! The counter is now basically gone and there are no staff to be seen, everything hidden and no idea what you’d do if you wanted to pay cash as no one is around. Food took 20 minutes and seemed the same for all other customers. New layout yet less space for waiting. All in all just seems worse than it was, food was fine however !
I ordered had to wait longer than the good old days. But new system staff trying to adjust it will come good. Priority should not be given to the Drive through!
Just went through the drive through and was assured it was all there. Drove off and i am far away. Result: 2 drinks are wrong out of three one I wanted tea and got cappuccino. Missing sauces with cheese melts and chicken selects don't forget everything was in the bag!!. These items were not fresh.....yuck...tepid food. Also no napkins...why??? Inside you can go back but when you've driven away you expect the staff to get the order correct so we don't have to go back. All in all a waste of money because it was unenjoyable. This is not restaurant standard in any way and we are tired of this. Can't you get it right for once??
Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever used. Since reopening the staff are useless. They couldn’t tell the difference between left and right let alone getting orders out promptly. 20 plus minutes on average for service for a fast food restaurant? I’ve used them 5 times since the reopening, hoping they’ll get better and it’s just the same old story. Long wait, cold food, vague responses from staff.
I grabbed a breakfast at exactly 9:00am, there were three dirty tables in front of me & only two other customers at tables…as I write this at exactly 9:30, those three tables are still untouched. It’s not remotely busy, so can only assume there are so few staff here now, that this sort of thing is just over looked. I then spoke to the manager & within 30 seconds the tables were cleared & cleaned.
Absolutely awful. Food took 33 minutes. Delivery and drive through took priority. Staff swearing from the kitchen and acting like spoilt little bratts. Milkshake machine out of order yet again. Water pouring in through the roof. I would be totally embarrassed if I worked there. Food was cold and parts of order missing. How hard is it. But if you employ kids then don't expect anything different.
Got the mighty, and your having a laugh it’s more like the tiny, we want a man’s burger we need a new franchise in the uk mc Donald’s have had it off to long, disappointing really!!!
Freshly cooked breakfast. Crispy hash browns. Minus 2 outside and the air conditioning was on. Duty manager said she had no control of the heating Seriously!!Food: 5/5
After reading all the bad reviews I felt the need to post a positive one. I ordered just 2 Chese burgers and 2 small fries and to my surprise once arriving at home I was delightfully impressed with my order, it was still hot and fresh along with 2 extra large Big Mac meals, 1 large chilli crispy wrap meal, 20 chicken nuggets, and an extra large Big Mac meal the only disappointment with this last burger, there was no cheese but overall a very satisfactory outcome, well done to all the staff at macdonalds, a very happy customer ; Thankyou
