We arrived just in time to order and sit down, it was mid afternoon but very soon it got very busy. There are too many 4 seater tables taken up by just two people which shouldn't really be allowed but this is a minor niggle. Never had a bad experience here. Parking: The parking area is shared by many other stores and that closest to McDonald's is also close to two/three other stores that are very popular. So at certain times the drive thru makes parking very difficult and has seen accidents and confrontation from road rage drivers but this is rare occasions.
No issue about the food, however I was amazed to see that everyone repairing the food had no gloves, I feel this is vey unhygienic after they were wiping there hands on there uniforms and then dealing with the food again. All food should be handled with gloves especially salad items. This is not no in a company as big as McDonald’s.
Can't complain it is what it says - fast food! Usually order via app to collect, always busy in premises due to demand of deliveries but prompt service and friendly staff. Shame the teenagers use it as a drop in centre both inside and outside so would never dine in! Parking: No specific area to park directly unless already in a paid parking area elsewhere so collection of take away if hampered as you have to use town centre pay and display.
Standard McDonald's. Visited on a Friday night. Not too busy. The collection ticket printer had stopped working, so be sure to make a mental note of your collection number. Was pleased to see the big tasty back on.Food: 4/5
Nightmare to park there. And there's a lot of works going on outside it at the moment. We popped in to grab a burger on the way a funeral, had to circle the one way system a few times before we could park. The good was cold as well, but the staff were very friendly.Food: 3/5
Nice and clean but the food wasn't great milkshake was very watery burger was rushed put together. The drink cup had a hole init so the drink was leaking out.Food: 2/5

To be fair it's a Macces it's fairly straightforward,, tho I will say 2 managers and a ex employee was taking up 2 tables and loads of space in there down stairs setting area , so for people like my self that have push chairs it basically left me with no where to sit and enjoy my meal ,Food: 4/5
Awful service and food. Visited on 9th Nov just before 12.00 noon. Already the place was in chaos. One lady taking food on trays to customers no table number indicators that you take with you when ordering. I opted to wait for our order. There is no clear indication of where to queue so people were standing around or sitting on the windowsill. As I stood waiting I witnessed the serving lady scratching her bottom twice and then collecting a tray to take to a table. No hand washing! Yuk! I saw our order put on a tray and left while the girl handing out the orders stood and waited for a coke. 2 staff on drinks machine seemed to be in a muddle and after about 5 minute the coke was dispensed and added to our order by which time most of the food was luke warm. As we had an appointment there was no time to sort out replacement order so we sat down to eat. My chicken wrap was just about cooked although I avoided part of it because I was dubious. My son went to use the toilet and found the door broken so thought best not to bother. By the time we left the place was full of students and there wasn't room to move. There is clearly very poor management going on and this place needs a complete overhaul. I will not be returning and I suggest the staff need training in food hygiene and and safety.
Worst customer service I ordered large fries they gave me half only. I wish I can give only half star
