There was a long queue in the drive through but it was managed well. Impressive service. In the short interactions the staff I found them unexpectedly professional but what they gave me was not what was ordered, and not what came up on the screen. The food itself was awful.

I'd give it a two only for the manor and politeness of the floor staff.  Food wasn't the hottest or the best cooked at this visit, as u can see the chip were a tad pale. Oh and the mcflurry an milkshakes were once again of the menu

Just been this morning. Haven't been for a long time. The young man who served me was great He was very kind and made me feel much calmer. I would really like him to be thanked.

Very helpful staff at McDonald's particularly a girl called Kerry. Really enjoyed r take away.

My daughter gave the family a wee surprise by getting us a mcdonald's lunch. I ordered a big mac meal, but wished I'd rather had a packet of crisps and told her not to waste her money. Absolutely disgusting rubber meal, hang your heads.

So, apparently asking for BBQ sauce means asking for napkins and straws .......... Had to see it for myself, are you people so thick you don't understand the English language in a English speaking country? I guess you weirdos are. What a bizzare experience !!!

Picked up a late order, through driver through, great service and speed, staff friendly and all complying with Covis 19 majors.
