Absolutely terrible! Chicken in the wrap was slimey & chewy, chicken batter in the chips that my partner had, fries were stone cold, Burger was quite literally thrown in the box. The manager needs adequate training how to deal with complaints because he tried to argue with me, big mistake! An employee dropped a straw on the floor & threw it towards the bin, missed so left it there!!! Bad attitudes & the WORSE food I've ever bought. AVOID!!!
Pembroke Dock is the most shocking McDonald's I have ever used. Multiple times I have left to find my order has been incorrect. I now if I use this franchise I check my order before I leave the car park! Fast food? I don't think they know what fast food means I waited 35 minutes for a small order which they got wrong. We went instore to get our food and there may have been 6 customers in the store. It was 6.30am so not a rush hour period. Even a cup of tea was given with no milk. I might add that this was in a 3 week period.
Due to my wife's dietary requirements, there are only certain food items she can eat. Her favourite is an adapted egg muffin meal where the muffin is left off and the egg and cheese is put in a pancake tray with two more eggs and extra cheese. Add two hash browns and a black coffee and she's happy. Today we were running late, got caught in road works and backed up traffic so missed the 11am cut off for the breakfast. However when we got to the restaurant, staff made my wife her breakfast without any problem or fuss. Thank you to Chris and the staff for being very helpful and friendly and doing that little extra to help the customer. Dietary restrictions: Coeliac, gluten intolerance
I am absolutely devastated. We ordered in the drive-thru, the food was cold and the worst thing and dangerous thing was that the 2 chocolate milkshakes we bought tasted like soil normally they are fine clearly something was wrong. My little sister vomited not long after drinking a few sips saying it tasted "off". McDonald's are very lucky I haven't come in myself and complained about this, this is ridiculous and very dangerous as it made someone ill. I will not be ordering from here again!!!
Order is literally never correct. Used them today for the first time in well over a year because abstained from using them due to constantly incorrect order. Only ordered mcflurries and drinks in nice weather today, not even any proper food, still missing a drink and all straws. No idea how they miss items every single time, no idea how it hasn't improved over such a long span of time.
The food is okay sometimes dry and lacks freshness. My main gripe is due to the restaurants management, who pressure the staff to serve orders quicker, and, as a result, there are nearly always errors with my food and I have had bits missing from my orders three times now. The supervisors will always replace the food or in the last case provide the food they missed but I always get home before I realise what's missing. Another issue is that even when I do get what I order, it's still wrong....the last visit resulted in me eating a mcflurry that had no chocolate in it at all!. Poor management with wrong priorities seems to be the root cause here and they must realise that being quick isn't necessarily a smart objective if the orders are frequently wrong. Very frustrating and I need to now check all food before I leave the premises. It never used to be like this??
Usual fayre. Sadly, the staff are not hugely accurate with their assembly. Please check your takeout BEFORE you leave otherwise you will be disappointed. Music in the restaurant is often loud so we now no longer have business meetings there which is a shame. You can't make it receive a phone call due to it. Nobody is listening to it anyway as it is all noise/rubbish.
Cold over salted food, burgers were thrown together and looked a mess, drive through was closed, parking was a nightmare, no signs up to say drive through was closed. Lots of dorty uncleared tables.Food: 1/5
We visited fairly late in the evening. There were very few customers eating in, we would have done a drive through order but our vehicle was to tall to pass under the barriers so we parked up and entered to order. We placed our order on the electronic board but we were at the front of the queue at the serving area but withing minutes delivery drivers arrived to pick up orders. We then had to wait a fair amount of time for our order as the majority of the delivery drivers received their orders first, I appears now that these deliveries take priority over regular customers therefore taking the 'fast' out of fast food.
Order wrong on several occasions. Allways asked to park up and wait for order, some times up to 30 minutes. Last occasion I was left waiting in the drive through at the order counter while 3 other cars were served in front of me who where waiting behind me, then to top it off missed bits from my order.Food: 2/5
