Ok staff, can get quite busy at times, toilets are very small and sometime quite messy, and as of writing this review, the order kiosks do not print receipts and there are no order screens to keep an eye on order numbers when waiting to collect. Not the worst but definitely could be so much better.Food: 3/5
Ordered delivery from Just Eat and they delivered the wrong order. To add insult to injury McDonald's had forgotten the straws and sauces on the food that did arrive. As another reviewer has said this branch always forgets the sauces. This is the 3rd time in a row they've done it. Really annoying with 20 nuggets. The food was pretty cold. We won't be using this McDonald's again. The one over the river is much better for eat in.
The food is nice as is most McDonald's however it is always lukewarm. The service is very slow and not always polite and the atmosphere is a little lacking always seeming to be full of teenagers with no manners meaning we usually have take out.Food: 3/5
Worst maccies I have ever had! I had the crispy chicken wrap but got sereved the regular and the bread was hard ! My mum described her cheeseburger as “Making her Sick” and the sauce tasted funny the only good thing was the drinks.
This was a lunch treat for our two granddaughters- we don't usually eat fast food. They were very quick to tell us what to order- which we did using the touch screen. All the food arrived together, was hot and tasty. It was a very busy lunchtime but we managed to find a table downstairs. We used the facilities to wash our hands before eating.
Idk how they manage but almost every order I have to remind them that they forgot to put something I already pay forFood: 4/5
Just wanted to say special Thanks to Macdonalds worker, Liana. We came in with a large group of young people on Sat 26th Nov. She found us seating upstairs, helped with with our orders and gave the best service.
What is so wrong with McDonald's? Every time we order from this branch using their take away service. There's always something missing. Straws. Dips. Chips. Today it was the chicken nuggets. We wont use them in future. I bet I don't even get a reply.
Very busy macdonalds, waiting time varied depending on how busy, lots of teenagers, me and my daughter didn't stay long, a nicer mac ds across the bridgeFood: 4/5
Gets very busy here and sometimes orders are wrong when you request it customised and is worse when having a delivery from here other than that it's a standard clean McdonaldFood: 4/5
