I try to avoid this McDonald s but they have seemed to have made it smaller very compact to say it’s a very busy one has for example I was trying to order while staff were trying to get past me the whole lay out is just shocking plus attract s the worse drivers through the drive through on there mobile phones while driving waiting in the big yellow box that says no blocking access they seem to come off the main road block the main road plus block the exit who ever had the idea of sticking a McDonald s on one of the most congested roads must be smoking a pipe or some sort of meds - The cliental young school kids can’t even put there rubbish in the plus can be a very inconsiderate to other customers I recall McDonald s used to be a treat or a family oriented now it’s just full of bakers
They were out of tea and hot chocolate so I ordered a black coffee and needed milk they didn't have any. I visited at 9.50 in the morning so I simply cannot believe not a single delivery of milk came. I now have wasted £3 For Nothing. DO NOT ORDER Parking: Tight Spaces
It’s a Monday night so didn’t really expect it to be that busy, but after waiting 3 whole hours, yes 3 whole hours for my order on Uber eats they still managed to mess the order up. Fair enough you’re busy but come on why make someone wait 3 hours and not double check before you send it off.Food: 1/5
SHOCKING.. had a long day at work. So me and my wife popped there to the drive through to save cooking tea. We only ordered 4 cheese burgers and 2 wraps of the day. Waited in a long que all the way round the building when I finally got to the last window he said can you please park up we'll bring it over to you. After almost 10 minutes the girl came over to my car there you go there's your order. Maybe it's my fault I should of checked before leaving but how hard is it to count upto 4 ??? Very hard it seems. I drove home about 1 mile and got in my house opened the bag yes 2 wraps 3 cheese burger's no I ordered 4. I wasn't going back out to do 1 mile there and 1 mile back for a cheese burger. And I don't know why I waited 10 mins ?? Because the cheese burgers were stone cold and the wrap was warm and I'd only driven 1 mile. I feel sorry for these people who order on just eat etc. Cos there's must be terrible I know mine was. 1st time I've used this McDonald's and certainly the last.
I have the misfortune of living near this place and experiencing the traffic chaos it causes. One thing I would say though is that if you ever have the need of police assistance, don't bother calling 999, just pop on to this place as they seem to spend a good portion of their shifts here. The place must be a crime hot-spot or perhaps the food is quite good who knows?
DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS!!!!! Unfortunately this is the only Mcdonalds which comes up as the option for delivery. Where do I start? Every-time possibly the last 7 times maybe more we order a delivery, they get the order massively wrong missing meals off the order leaving one or two of us without food. Our order tends to be £50-£60 for our whole family. Basically we are getting robbed… Then the worst thing is how do we resolve it? We call them and Wow we are met with incompetence & attitude! One alleged manager stated we was lying and insisted our order was weighed so it wasnt wrong. Why would I spend my time complaining when I should be enjoying my food!!! Often, they state there is nothing they can do and to lodge the issue with Uber? But this isnt right, why should the poor Uber driver get blamed & get even less for a very poorly paid job as it is. We went in 3 weeks ago & spoke to a manager who was actually nice & pleasant. We explained we were having to drive down due to all the incorrect orders, she stated she would personally do our order ensuring it was correct. We took it, was confident it was correct and guess what it was missing our daughters McChicken sandwich? She only had fries, we rang up AGAIN, she stated she realised it was wrong after we had left, she was apologetic giving us a code for 2 free meals. This response was marginally better than what came today! Today; we risked a delivery and how stupid were we? The drinks weren’t full as weren’t the fries which should have been large drinks & large fries. They missed 2 apple pies off. So once again I spent my meal time on the phone complaining. The attitude of the staff, Hayley & the alleged manager Charlie was disgusting. We didnt shout, swear we were reasonable but Hayley staff slammed the phone down & when we rang back up stated the phone cut off.. A higher manager then came on the phone who was even worse… No solution, no offer of compensation just told us to complain to Mcdonalds customer service? But how does this resolve the issue today. No apology!!! The staff here all need training? How do the managers even get such a title with such poor management skills!! DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!!
5 star service from Holly this evening. What an absolute breath of fresh air. I've had the worst day and she was just so lovely, kind and sociable and that service is just what I needed!
Such a weird experience I l'm not even sure it's a real McDonalds. Is this a real McDonalds double cheeseburger with tiny fry pieces? The burger patties were so thin and so much wider than the buns it was more like home BBQ.
I can't believe that 80% of the time I order from McDonald's Brighouse the order is always wrong it's a good job the staff don't have to do any important decisions making .Food: 3/5
To make the kitchen bigger they have taken half of the seating area away, they have put the "small" counter for placing orders at right angles to the kitchen, resulting in you standing there for ages before anyone realises you are there. Then there is nowhere to sit due to lack or seating in what is now a very small area.Food: 2/5
