What's the point of having a phone number for missing items if you don't answer the phone, been ringing for 25 minutes, of the food that actually arrived was stone cold. Would give less than a star if I could

Good service and friendly staff

Shop is fine but fed up of getting cold deliveries from just eat. I was there last week eating in and watched how long the deliveries were sat on top of a table waiting for the driver to pick them up. Also a lady behind the counter serving up fries with purple hair not wearing a hair net.  Must do better on your deliveries.

Just had a lovely triple cheese burger with only 1 burger in it. Got home to find the chicken wrap we got my mother has no chicken in it. Maybe they should make the aptitude exam harder instead of asking the staff to colour in the kids activity sheet for a level of intelligence.

Shop service was excellent. Shop front staff did a good job organising a steady flow of customers. Delivery drivers let them down.
