Went to it last Friday around 7.30pm The new setup is dreadful I waited 25 mins for my order had to ask someone t9 check where it was She brought it out with no apologies for our wait When we got home, food was cold. Think our order had been sitting on the side for a while . Also, there were no drinks or Mac flurrys available, which is shocking seeing.g as its just newly opened after a new refit .

Ordered a family meal for delivery. Only the chips were delivered. Couldn’t  contact them so went to store with our incomplete order. They refused to help. The manager said the delivery driver had probably stole them. He took back our incomplete order and left us with nothing and no refund and a hungry family. His name was Sam. His uniform was scruffy and dirty and he had food all over his face. He probably ate our family food. Disgusting  customer service. We were appalled and won’t return but am also complaint via email to their head office

Seem to prioritise home delivery over in store service. Took 15 minutes for something basic. Definitely not fast. They have just refitted the store and I think they should have refitted staff training and process. Shambles Sometimes items appear in the app as unavailable, but when you get to the store you can order from the machine inside.

Ordered via just eat. Driver never arrived with food however it claims to be delivered. Phoned store, told there’s nothing we can do because of ‘data protection’. Refused to even question drivers or offer any sort of help. Pile of rubbish - so now £40 down and no food , thanks for absolutely nothing.Food: 1/5

Worst customer service. We haven’t gone back to this place since last October.  As soon as we got there, it started storming and it caused part of the ceiling to collapse. We took a photo to ask a family member to pick us up as we didn’t have umbrellas with us and it seemed impossible to walk home. Then this plump female staff, possibly a manager misunderstood that we were taking a video on TikTok or something, approached us and condescendingly/aggressively told us not to take a video saying stuff like “do you need to do that?”. We just ignored her the first time but she harassed us again when I pointed the phone towards the flooding ceilingI wasn’t taking a photo or anything, and my friend eventually got into a fight with her. What a Karen.

Worst service. Drive thru took over 45 minutes. For a cheese burger, nuggets and fries, I was asked to park up. After 20 minutes the guy in front of me got out of his car, went inside to collect his food. I then did the same. Just got home to eat it, and some of my order is missing. Awful experience.Food: 2/5

I have a service  dog  and was approached by a shift manager  saying  no dog  allowed  I explained  she is as service  dog  was asked  for proof  which  on her harness  is clearly states  service dog  by the disability  act  2010  she isn't allowed to question me. Then as I was leaving  another  staff member  shouted  across  to me saying  dogs  aren't  allowed  again this was upsetting  for  me I said  she is a service  dog  she apologised  but not  before  causing me stress.  Please  retrain staff  as this behaviour  isn't acceptable  and against  my rights

Initially our food tasted great… fast forward 30 mins to the belly rolling starting to happen… I have been violently ill ever since!Food: 1/5

Absolutely awful. Ordered food for delivery. Waited 2 hours and some items were missing. The burgers were stone cold and soaked in sauce, the chicken selects and fries were really soggy and the pop was flat and warm. For the ridiculous price we just paid I have to say it really isn't worth it. Appauling quality and poor service.Food: 1/5

the customer service at this establishment is nothing short of abysmal, a young man served me called harry. He ensured me that my big mac would be scrumptious with plenty big mac sauce, instead i got a pile of lettuce tomatoes and meat. Harry i am furious, i will be writing to the local council
