The staff were very helpful and accommodating as we have a member who had type 1. So food needs to be weighted out and this was done in the kitchen which saves us having to do that on the table. The food was good and fairly priced and they had a kids menu. We went down a treat.
I admire the young staff, who I presume are new, keeping it together despite pressure from rude customers. They forgot my straws but the order was correct, very polite staff and the cleaning staff are efficient. Probably the cleanest mcdonalds I've been to :
Literally incapable of delivering a full order. Miss items every time yet never seen them get an order wrong in my favour. Not surprised when you see the staff in there. It's utter chaos & communication is a nightmare.
I’ve in this McDonald a few time, and , it seems that each time I visit is getting longer to get your orders, I was waiting for my food for more that 10 minutes. All this whilst all the delivery riders with their helmets on blocking the collection counter with no regard for other clients. It seemed that chaos was running the place, short of staff nobody at the till to help with people orders..
Complete waste of time. Order through app for table service. Food did not arrive after 15 mins. Got a refund. When asked what happened the staff had not a scooby doo. The lights are on, but no one is homeFood: 1/5
Found a long light brown/blonde hair in my fries which was a major put off! This branch needs to check on their hygiene and cleanliness! This is absolutely not right.
Unfortunately I can't eat gluten so sometimes I have burger with no bun . Thanks so much MC . A BIT OF RESPECT TO CUSTOMER. AND FU
Always a bit chaotic in here, especially at busy periods, ie school lunch times, with drivers inside & outside at all hours, blocking all the parking. Seem to get my order right all the time though, better than most Maccies!!
The most wonderful thing for this Mac is that they always play classic FM. That’s really relaxing for my mind.
Too bad, I made an order from Just eat, today, Chicken Nuggets happy meal, and two burger meal, but in the happy meal there was no nuggets inside it and I was calling mac Donald Barnet high street no one is picking my call. Am not happy with this service.
