Food and service overall good but a few visits and the fries have been fried twice, darker brown and don't taste as nice as freshly fried fries. I overheard a lady complaining about cold coffee and wrong number of nuggets brought to her. Our order was correct and coffee was not cold. Staff helpful with requests for extra sauce and cutlery. Free WiFi, toilets clean and quiet atmosphere.
Was quite a wait for food even though it wasn't busy and it is supposed to be fast food restaurant the food was warm but like all McDonald's restaurants I've ever visited; the fries weren't full portions I mean what is going on with the fries situation ‍ staff were polite enough once they actually acknowledged us. Would return as been to way worse
Not enough places for disabled. Especially when wrongly park. Struggling with wheel chair, as spaces not suitable. Disabled toilet ok. But struggle opening the outer door too heavy especially when in wheelchair would b nice to have one closer to Retford.
This particular McDonald's is the cleanest one I've ever been in. And it's not even a one off. Each time I visit it's impeccably clean. Whoever is responsible for keeping these high standards deserves a Well done!
Came here for the last 2 days. Thought I'd see how things have changed. And must admit the place as got loads better. Used to have the can't be arsed atmosphere from the staff. But now there so welcoming and happy to help you. Never once in Mcdonalds as anyone ever asked me from the staff if my meal is ok. But both times I've been this week they've asked. And been so friendly. Food both arrived in the 2 days of going from ordering on screen to sitting it arrived in 5 mins. So pleased with service. Well done Manton Mcdonalds. Keep up the good work.
