Friendly greeting upon entering the restaurant from the female host. I had a very good wrap of the day for £1.99. The bread was nicely cooked, the food tasty with a little kick to it and properly presented. Flat White coffee was very good. Overall, a positive experience
Ordered a few items online to collect in store place was empty staff stood about talking order came took it out to take home got my burger home bun was burnt I don't pay £4.89 to throw the bun away perhaps train the staff on how not to burn items and less gathering together cook the food how they would eat it at home cause I am sure they wouldn't burn there own food
My 13 year old daughter and a couple of friends bought their food and went to sit down to eat but we're told they have to leave as they are under 16 on an Easter holiday afternoon in the pouring rain. You should have told them this before they spent their money. They had to eat their lunch in a rainstorm. Disgusting behaviour by Becky the member of staff who kicked them out and refused re entry to use the toilets afterwards. I want to make an official complaint but the don't answer the phone
Automated order point never has paper. The fantastic young lady on the till sorted a copy for me. Food ok but no tom dip in bag for cheese bites. Atmosphere terrible. Horrible uneasy feeling due to constant trouble in thereFood: 3/5
The Location is very accessible and it's great to see the place have a baby changing unit but as an environment and and overall atmosphere for small babies to toddlers i wouldn't say it's appropriate , firstly due to people loitering around the toilets and also vaping inside the location. The attitude from the employee's seem too laxed and would rather continue the day to day work shift than creating an environment appropriate for everyone. Compared to other McDonald's around the area this one isn't my first choice and I personally would only recommend for takeouts. Vegetarian options: Vegan / Vegetarian options available
Once again, full of teens swearing and vaping with no challenge at all, not even buying and when I asked them to mind their language much to the relief of many parents the back chat began... What ya gonna do about it?? You aren't my dad.. Etc. Parents you should be proud. Staff at mcdonalds for allowing this so frequently... Shame !Food: 4/5
Dont go here with your family they allow thugs and gangs to enter inside. No other retail business would have allowed that many chavi thugs into their premises, this business does not care for it's family users, I was attacked with my family and they did nothing at all. Never been there ever again, no issues anywhere else
I am utterly disgusted, heart broken and down right disappointed. I used to find this mcdonald’s a place of piece where i could relax and unwinded but now i have been stripped of this right .. what has this world come to mankind was my business Why..Why..Why why can’t i sit peacefully watching the world go past eating my 6 chicken mcnuggets meal with a diet coke on the side or sometimes even a milkshake if i am feeling cheeky but remember a minute on the lips, forever on the hips. So let me cut to the chase pun intended mcdonald’s fix’s yourself or get fixed.. Kid-friendliness: kids not allowed to eat inside “can i have a drink first” the kids will know
Is it just me or is Mackies becoming a bit passe? If anyone has watched the movie "The Founder" you will know the organization was built on lean principles, fast food at the right price. They're neither now, but will never be classy.Food: 3/5
Absolutely shocking!! I ordered a burger tonight, only to find fried card/paper amongst the lettuce, truly disgusting!!! This place doesn't deserve the business and McDonalds didn't even have the courtesy to respond when I raised the issue with them - that is a great example of how little they think of their customers!!
