17 minutes today to get through what you laughingly call your "Drive Thru". You should be prosecuted under the trades description act as today it was nothing more than a car park. You went through all that trouble of putting in the double lanes and double tills yet when there were cars behind me queued all the way back down Black Horse Rd you still only had one person on the tills and they were having to go back and forth between them. Now I can excuse some of that if the breakfast actually tasted nice, but unfortunately we come to the next problem. You are McDonald's, and while I'm not expecting delicious I am expecting edible. What I got after my 17 minute wait can best be described as warmed wet cardboard contained in a wrap. Actually eating the packaging of your Breakfast Wrap would have been preferable to the so called food. So how about you do us all a favour McDonald's. Spend a bit less money telling us that you now know what a Flat White is and actually get fast food restaurants that live up to both parts of fast food. By the way this McDonald's only seem to clean the coffee machines once a week so every coffee just tastes bitter anyway.

Had to return latte way too strong like black coffee,2nd one same so I had hot chocolate hubby had tea,we find this in quite a few McDonald's are the machines set up right

Cold food. Totally cocked up order. 15 minutes waiting at drive through. Disgraceful.

Nice place to visit clean friendly staff,service can be a bit slow going through the drive thru at peak times you are probably going to get parked up,

Good modern facility. Nice and clean with friendly helpful staff. Updated to the computer menu ordering system so easy to order and find a seat.
