Absolutely useless messed up plenty of times I let them off messed up again and I'm fed up ordered loads tried to contact them twice with no answer even tried through the maccies app which I ordered through and it won't let me upload my recipet and haven't got my money back for the large double big mac with cards meal which they didn't give me. Have all the proof.
Popular fast food restaurant with parking and some indoor and outdoor seating. The place is small really and area around with shops need improvement. Handy place to pop in , food was good and hot and service was good, not much of a time wait. We visited around 7.30pm on weekday.
I was most disappointed on three occasions visiting Macdonald's bescott. Each time I did not learn from my previous experience - the staff are not welcoming and they clearly do not want to be there. Some real customer service training required with there approach to customers basic good morning - rather than what's your order. The food itself is great it's just a shame that people working there have to be so rude.
Ordered just one wrap and waited nearly 1 hour at McDonald’s Bescot Walsall.nNo explanation, no proper communication, and no apology. Completely unacceptable wait time for such a simple order.nThis branch seriously needs better management and service standards. Won’t be returning.
Food was disgusting cold food soggy chips waste of money and the manger are very rude and so is the some of the staff
