I tried to contact the restaurant before posting this, but no one answered the phone.nThe basics of any food business are simple:nnGet the order rightnKeep hair and bodily contamination out of foodnCook the food properlynnUnfortunately, this place failed on all three.nI ordered two double sausage and egg McMuffins, but both arrived as plain egg McMuffins. Even the receipt didn’t match what was delivered. One of the eggs was badly burnt on one side – darker than the hash browns.nThe single sausage and egg McMuffin at least had a sausage patty, but it also had a long, dark, curly hair inside the food. That alone is completely unacceptable and disgusting.nI paid over £20 for this breakfast, yet the most basic standards weren’t met. I genuinely felt sick afterwards and have zero confidence in this outlet’s hygiene.nI will never eat here again. This place seriously needs a food hygiene inspection.n0/5 stars – avoid at all costs.
What a great place. Took the family out for a meal. This was fine dining at best. Great menu and selection. Burgers were from the finest beef. Cheese was succulent and the coke was amazing. I recommend this place. We all got very emotional and excited at such a great evening. Well done everyone
the food is like any other mc donald’s however the service is poor, i was videoing my mate as he was making the group laugh and the manger came over and told me of for filming i said oaky no problem however then when they called my order out i got my food thrown down carelessly without a word, the continued to watch my mates get a thank you. not just this but the manager was rude to the delivery drivers to after all of this i was ready to eat my food but then found out i had a flat coke and it tasted like pure sparkling water and food was missing items
Vicky and the other shorter lady who tidies the restaurant are very friendly and say 'hello' when they see you, fetch things for you and they go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is great there. They are fabulous and a real credit to this McDonald's. The other staff are good, too. Food comes out quickly.nnThe negatives are the front door, when open, lets in lots of cold air. The gangs of teenagers hanging around are very intimidating. The presence of the doorman doesn't fill me with feelings of safety when I go. He ignored a group of female teenagers who were swearing in the presence of some young children on a table next to them. I thought that was a disgrace. I hate teenagers. I hope the parents complained.nnThe self-service checkouts haven't been working for a while now and that's unacceptable, as I now can't get a receipt to leave an online review.
The staff are moody and rude 24/7 I don’t think they’ve smiled once and I can see them make looks to eachother and make people feel uncomfortable the only happy and helpful staff are the people that do table service shoutout to Jackie who’s always been lovley!! . The food takes ages some of it made me throw up not once but twice chips arnt the best one time I was given a hashbrown instead of my chips and it was the afternoon.. they are constantly moaning and shouting at each other and are disgustingly rude to the delivery drivers overall I only go there as it’s somewhere to sit.
