Normally use the drive thru but sat inside with my daughter today and the staff are extremely polite. Gave my daughter a balloon and were always smiling. Thanks

McDonalds sets a pretty low bar anyway but this one somehow manages to continually under deliver. 2 weeks ago went through the drive through, 2 happy meals, got home, one had fries, the other had fish fingers neither had toys, 2 happy meal boxes and not a complete happy meal between them. Tonight I sit for 25 minutes in the drive through (they have kerbs to hold you hostage once in the queue until you have collected your food) when I get to the front no apology for the wait, was just greeted with “cash only card machine has broke” I then had to wait a further 3 minutes for the guy in front to get his food before I could leave.

Not impressed at all Mac D. Possibly the WORST McDonalds I have EVER had the misfortune to go to. The service is incredibly slow even though the store inside was empty. The cooking equipment alarms were sounding constantly. Why won't they switch them OFF! I have waited less time at McDonald's and got a freshly cooked burger. But NO not here, after nearly 10 minutes i get a dry pre-cooked item pulled out of a draw and subsequently thrown onto a bun with some other stuff and they call it a big tasty. If wasn't for the fact i was so far from home, so hungry and I had already paid using the computerised system....

They got the order wrong AGAIN sausage double egg, drove to work and found I had a double egg. They forget we don't have time to check our order on the drive through and by the time we get to our destination it's too late. The coffee was good and so was the double egg muffin with the hash brown. So not the food or drink THE STAFF

Absolutely won't be going back. Waited 45mins for food and when I got it, it was wrong so waited 25mims for the correct order then it was cold and not cooked and the 3rd time it was cooled but wrong again
