The worse McDonald's that I've ever been in. I don't spend £10  to go and wait 15 mins for my meal, then when I ask about it, have a member of staff be rude about me asking. Then it came with no milk or napkins, as there were none on the public counter I asked for some.... The McDonald's lady with the red scarf needs a course in people skills.
The food and cleanliness was good.

Dawn the customer service manager makes it a great experience nothing too much and a pride in her work always friendly and service food and environment clean tidy

Used the drive-thru at Thinford McDonald’s. There was a young lad serving called Joe with possibly the best customer service attitude I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. Credit to the team

Our nearest Maccys so we're here more often that I'd like to admit. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and dining area and toilets are clean. They often can't serve ice cream and milkshakes though, and check your order if they're busy, they always forget something.

As McDonald's go pretty good. The staff are all very cheerful but we've never had a drive thru order where we haven't had to wait. And we never go at peak times or make complicated orders.
