If you are looking for somewhere to eat that could potentially kill you then this is the place to eat. McDonald's went above and beyond on breaking Natasha's Law and ignored the main 14 allergens that the law requires you to adhere to.nnWe ordered a breakfast roll with NO EGG! What do you know, McDonald's included the egg and my partner bit in to it a few times and realised there was egg there!! Well done btw. I asked for the manager and no one came, asked for the franchisee details as I use to deal with Stewart but he is no longer the franchisee here.nnI am going to FSL.and HSE plus I may actually send it with the photo evidence of the order to the press!nnNo one from McDonald's customer service got back to me about this neither!nnReally not happy.
Hello everybody! I'm sorry to write, but the establishment in Flint is something terrible, the first time I was shocked, but it is one of the worst places we have been, it is dirty and the service is something from the world of fiction, the Big Mac does not look like itself in size! Arbitrariness in the burger area, almost everything is lying on top of each other, some boxes are open, cold, drinks are already poured, to be honest, this is the last time we are in this establishment! I worked at McDonald's in Ukraine, everything was strictly followed there, and everything happened quickly and with high quality! I'm not saying that people walk through the kitchen in outerwear. I am shocked and have a bad feeling!
Awful experience today. Went and got a couple cheeseburgers came completely plain. Drove back 10 mins Ordered them again and they came plain with a pickle added. Went back a 3rd time annoyed and this is the disgusting foodnthey gave me. Smelt like a bag of burned onion.
Absolutely shocking service from the staff, website shows they’re open until 12 which hasn’t been the case for years and after accepting order online for pick up 40 minutes before they shut they cancel 10 minutes before and refuse to acknowledge your presence. Haven’t complete orders properly on multiple occasions now, been a problem for years now
Very handy place to get a quick bite to eat. Would love to give five stars but there definitely seems to be a lack of speed in comparison to the online deliveroo/uber eats orders. The staff are always very polite and I've not once had an order wrong from there!
