Had a great visit to McDonald’s! The service was fast and friendly, and everything was clean and well-kept. My order was hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. The staff were polite and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or taking a break, it's a reliable spot. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to!
Horrendous. Probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever stepped foot in. Ordered a Big Tasty and received it with no burger. Here is my meal pictured on a plate as I was served it cold and I had to microwave it to make it edible. I would rather travel to the Boulevard Banbridge or Sprucefield than wait for cold food and a missing burger. Incredibly poor service.
Incredibly busy and often packed at the best of times. service can be slow due to long queues.
We have ordered 2 fries and a sweet chilli wrap, we have only received one of the fries, also to mention I asked for Fanta and received a coke..
