Fast food chain serving the usual menu. We've always travelled to this restaurant rather than ones more local to our home due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. However recently things seem to be going downhill especially with regard cleanliness in the serving area. Tonight when we visited the ice cream machine was simply disgusting. Staff would have been better engaged in cleaning it rather than standing around talking! Really disappointed to see such a decline in standards.

Food cold by the time we sat down. Sent back was told they were fresh out of the fryer. Called the manager or at least a white shirt. Told them to try the food. "Yes there cold" replaced the food from under the lights. Tryed before leaving the counter still now hot. Replaced again from the fryer to moans and complaints. Not good service.

Took absolutely forever, the woman ignored me, she talked over me to over to other customers and didn't seem to know what she was doing. The food came and the cikes tasted of water and were filled with ice, the mcfluffy was half empty, got them replaced and the mcfluffy came back with less! They only had one fork in stock to eat to salads so that means the other customers that order salad will have to eat with a spoon and a knife just like my fiance did. The staff at the drive through were nice and pleasant and seems to be quick with replacing the items but it was the people behind the till at don't seem to know how to do their job or do what the customer asks. We went back twice to have what we needed fixed and we are were in a rush to go somewhere important, this is supposed to be fast food.

I personally do not eat McDonald's, however my daughter and all her friends do. Its quick and efficient at the drive through. If you want to eat in, it's a very nice atmosphere and they will accommodate to your every needs no fuss. I will get a latte and a donut lol 😂

Used self service, was quick and easy. Food was hot and delicious. Then ordered extra food at the till for them to get the order wrong, cold food and having to go back several times. Other than this it was a good experience
